Purchased Angie's list Garage Door Tun-Up and Silencing Package. Informed Ryan door needed adjusting. Ryan adjusted door - good job. He also demonstrated my door was not balanced. He replaced the spring and center bearing. I also purchased a keypad. Ryan was fast and efficient. Courteous and friendly. You have a very customer friendly website. Also it was nice you provided the names, photo's and bio for each of your technicians. We knew who was coming and when. Excellent for security.

Bill arrived early in the time slot which was appreciated (being a Sunday evening!). He was very knowledgeable and that showed in his quality of work. He took the time to explain what he was done and provided an estimate of the cost. He listened and then went to work. Shortly after that he had the garage door fixed and sounding good as new.
