Called them on Monday PM. Opener was installed less than 24 hours later. Technician was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Explained the problem with the old door opener and the need for a new system. Installer came within an hour after technician left. He was also friendly, professional and extremely competent. Made sure everything was working, and explained to me exactly what he had done. Made sure I understood the new system and answered all my questions.

Everything was great ! Personal service , quick contact Free estimate with options. Employees are happy and answered all my questions The only reason i did not rate this company a five star was the price was higher than other quotes. Because of the service , well worth it .

I had contacted about a dozen different garage door companies to modify the tracks on my existing wide doors. They all sounded good but never came through. A friend sent me the contact info for Precision. They were extremely professional from the start. They did exactly what was asked, their guys were fantastic and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend!

Our garage door stopped on a Sunday late afternoon so I went online and made an appointment with Precision Door Service. Monday morning they showed up and gave us an estimate. Within an hour they had all of the parts and 2 other men showed up and did the work. I have never had a garage door opener that is this quiet. Our opener was 17 years old and it was time to change it out. So I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs their garage door fixed.

An extremely good move to have chosen Precision!! Rob, our estimator thoroughly evaluated our situation (a 30 year old door and opener). We believe that we received a reasonable price for the job. The installers, Sam, Jason and Austin were very professional and explained the final product and all of its capabilities. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and commend Precision for employing such quality employees. Keep up the great work!! We will recommend Precision to our friends and family. Thank you!!

We have had Precision come and help us over the years so when I noticed a cable wrapped around the spring I knew I needed their help again. They responded within hours, gave me an estimate, and the service man returned later the same day to repair. Therefore, my garage was secure by the end of day. Very timely, professional, courteous, efficient, and kept to estimate with no surprises. Highly recommend Sherry

I'm a very happy customer after meeting Tyler and Evan. They are such an asset to your company, not only for their knowledge and work ethic but also for their courteous attitude , attention to detail and friendly nature. I will refer your company to everyone. Both Tyler and Evan went above and beyond to assure me that I would be satisfied with quality work and offered to explain and display in detail the service rendered. And to top it all off, Evan put my trash cans back in place inside the garage! I love my new QUIET garage door. Love these guys! Customer for life!

Excellent, professional service by caring people. They solved my garage door problem when no one else I contacted could. Their prices were very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased. They replaced my garage door opener, wall mount controller, remotes and outside wireless switch.

I had what Precision calls a garage door tune up, that is, everything was replaced except the door (hurricane rated) and rails. The rollers, cables, opener, springs, etc were replaced. The old system was 25 years old. The estimate and installation was a same day service and they worked with my work schedule. The only disappointment was I had a convenience button that could opperate the the old system that could not be adapted to the new system. Other than that I am satisfied wih the service and installation and the technicians that did the the estimate and service.

We are very pleased with the outstanding service we got from Precision Door. The technician, Sean O’Leary was the best. He explained to us the issues with our door and gave us the different alternatives to fix them. We eventually decided to go ahead with one of the alternatives and Sean came and did the work in a very efficient and professional manner. We will always recommend Precision for any garage door service.

Precision met my expectations. Service was provided the day following our call. The people from the phone receptionist to the diagnostic tech and the remove/ install tech were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the install tech, Evan, who was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions and then some. Great job Precision.

The service of our garage doors from Precision was excellent. The representative, Nick that came out to assist and give a quote was knowledgable, respectful and efficient. Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. The company and technicians earned the the 5 star rating given. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision or their technicians to family and friends.

What a great company! Replaced all workings of my garage doors and my mom’s a couple months before- this is how all companies used to be- honest and trustworthy- thank you so much! Another amazing fact- my call was answered by a real person and Precision was at my house within the hour and did all the work that same day! Just Incredible — Thank You to the very nice guys who did the work.

I am completely satisfied with the job your technicians did for me. Rob showed up on time, explained all of my options, gave me an accurate cost estimate of the work to be done. He called his office to get the work done the same day. Evan came out and went over everything he was going to do. When he was finished he explained how my new system worked. We went over everything together. His work was extremely professional. Everything was straight and level. He cleaned up all of the old equipment, and programmed my car to work with the new system. I can tell you if you are looking to have work done on your garage door. Precision Garage Door Service is the only call you need to make.
