I had what Precision calls a garage door tune up, that is, everything was replaced except the door (hurricane rated) and rails. The rollers, cables, opener, springs, etc were replaced. The old system was 25 years old. The estimate and installation was a same day service and they worked with my work schedule. The only disappointment was I had a convenience button that could opperate the the old system that could not be adapted to the new system. Other than that I am satisfied wih the service and installation and the technicians that did the the estimate and service.

We are very pleased with the outstanding service we got from Precision Door. The technician, Sean O’Leary was the best. He explained to us the issues with our door and gave us the different alternatives to fix them. We eventually decided to go ahead with one of the alternatives and Sean came and did the work in a very efficient and professional manner. The service of our garage doors from Precision was excellent. The representative, Nick that came out to assist and give a quote was knowledgable, respectful and efficient. Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. I am completely satisfied with the job your technicians did for me. Rob showed up on time, explained all of my options, gave me an accurate cost estimate of the work to be done. He called his office to get the work done the same day. Evan came out and went over everything he was going to do. When he was finished he explained how my new system worked. We went over everything together. His work was extremely professional. Everything was straight and level. He cleaned up all of the old equipment, and programmed my car to work with the new system. Excellent job! The technician, Evan, was friendly, competent and thorough. A few difficulties arose during the repair process but he was able to devise solutions and work through them very quickly and efficiently. A couple of months ago, my neighbor was getting some garage door work done by Tyler Hartley (I didn't know him then) and I asked for a business card. I told him I didn't need any service then, but I may in the future as my neighbor's house and mine are the same age. Sure enough, that time came last Monday, 5/9. I called Precision and got Stephanie. She was extremely nice and set up an appointment for me that afternoon. Tyler just happened to be technician that was dispatched. He was extremely thorough in examining my garage door and operator (screw drive) setup. He then presented me with several options and suggestions. I chose the garage door rebuild (springs, cables, rollers, the works) as well as a new operator and chain drive (Linear). He gave me a quote and indicated that the work could be completed the next day (5/10). Tyler was very professional through the whole process. He came across as being a very nice guy. On the morning of 5/10, Evan Tucker arrived a little before 10:00am and was equally professional and another very nice person. He completed all the work in 3 hours, which was the estimate he gave me when he started. He showed me everything he had done on the door, springs, rollers, etc., as well as the chain drive and operator installation. Everything was perfect and I am very happy with all the Precision personnel that I came in contact with. I am also very happy with the performance of the garage door and Linear chain drive. I was missing a third vehicle remote that Tyler had added to the original quote as I have two cars and a motorcycle. Evan took care of that, and the final remote was delivered and set up by Sean O'Leary this morning, 5/12. It's really nice to be dealing with a Precision staff that was both professional, and just nice to be around. Needed a chain/belt replaced on overhead garage door opener. The process of an estimator then a technician to repair was a surprise, I thought the person coming out would take care of everything since the intake person wasn't clear and transparent about this, n order to establish the correct expectations, but other than that, both Rob the tech/estimator and Brittany the tech/ repair person were EXCELLENT!! They were very professional, respectful and quick in performing their duties and got the job done the same day and at a reasonable price!! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Well there is nothing more that Maurice could have done better.
