The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully. These are the values many companies have lost over the years. The older generation remembers when life was beautiful. Thanks Precision.

These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would completely recommend this company for service on your garage door.

The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is Awesome. I scheduled an appointment and the gentleman came out this am and reviewed the problem with our automatic garage door opener system malfunctioning and found that the printed circuit board was burnt in several areas causing the malfunction with the Sears product that had been replaced 3 times in the past 20 years so at that point he provided me with a few options and we decided to replace the entire unit. Within a few hours he sent the technician out and he replace the entire unit with a very quiet unit and corrected a squeaking noise that we had been putting up with for the past couple of years that occured when opening and closing the garage door. Precision Garage Door Service has help us a few other times over the years with the springs and rollers having to be replaced and every time they have been on time and provided quick and very professional service. I wish that I remember the names of both the 1st gentleman that came out this am and the technician that came out to replace the unit but my memory failed me today with everything that is going on but I can definitely state that these are the most responsive and professional individuals along with the gentlemen in the past that have come to our home to perform work on our garage door and opened system. Rather than shopping around I will always be calling Precision Garage Door Service for any and all of out garage door needs because without a doubt these guys are the best of the best and some of the best professionals that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. This company is AWESOME and the Best of the Best when it comes to customer service and from what I have seen they know what they are doing and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they even request payment for their services. I used Precision Door a couple years ago at our Townhouse, and the service was excellent. Called this time for broken spring at our main house. Scott arrived at exactly 8:00 am (service window given was 8-12), performed a thorough inspection, and offered three levels of service. I chose the full overhaul of all moving parts with lifetime warranty. Work was performed quickly, and Scott took me through exactly what he did, and showed me the safety test he performed. Precision is the only company I would call for any work on garage doors. They are outstanding!

This experience would have to be rated a 5. When Rob came to take a look at our garage door, that wouldn’t close, it was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection and discussed what needed to be done to get our 12 year old door in operating condition. Within just a few hours their technician Beau arrived and immediately started to work. Obviously he knew what to do to repair our door. This door has never been as smooth and quiet as any door I’ve had. I’m glad to recommend Precision Door with their top notch professionalism.

A call to Precision Door resulted in an honest estimate of repairs by Scott who pointed out problems we were not previously aware of, thank you.
