This company was the BEST! I called at 10:30 am and the representative, Rob, met me by noon (very professional and communicative) The tech, Steve came before 2:00 pm and finalized repairs. Needed to have our garage door repaired and based on word of mouth and advertising gave Precision a call to see what they thought needed to be done to correct the issue. I set-up a appointment and met with I believe Ron/Rod two days later. He did a thorough analysis and explanation of the problems that needed to be corrected. He also presented me with 3 options I could choose from for the repairs along with the cost. After agreeing on one of the options he arranged for another individual to complete the repairs the next day. Chris showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly explained exactly what he did to correct the repairs. Both individuals were efficient and professional and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Precision for work or replacement of their garage doors. Thanks

Rob, the technician, pointed out repairs that were needed on my 25 yr. old double garage door. I requested an estimate to replace the door and Rob took the time to put together an estimate and explained everything that was listed. I did not feel any pressure, decided it was time to replace the door.

Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn't open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.

He said, “ he would give me breakdown of cost by email to go over a way to take advantage and savings on your package deal. I paid him and he did his due diligence to protect your best interest. After the gear drive shaft on my opener broke and the chain sagged down, I gave Precision a call because I had a small flyer that I had saved in my file. True to their word, they were here the same day, did a complete inspection of my door plus the operator then provided me with a detailed summary of what needed to be done. I then discussed which items would be needed right away and we then agreed on the cost to do the repair. As it was late in the day & I was not in a rush, Precision came the very next morning, installed the necessary parts, made all the travel adjustments and got everything working perfectly again. I was impressed with their professionalism in getting the 14 year old operator running again. I would use them again in a heartbeat !

Garage door repair, both springs were broken. Since the unit was approx 15 tears old I let them rebuild everything to include a new Liftmaster opener. Next day service and installation, they were prompt, professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Great job so far. I never knew how noisy an old opener could be. This new one is very quiet. It looks sleek compared to the old system. You guys installed my mom's system a couple of years ago. I didn't make a mistake when I followed her lead. The installer was courteous, professional, and quick. I'm satisfied so far.

Once again Percision delivers. After 13 years between service calls, the service hasn’t changed a bit. I had an appointment scheduled with Scott between 4-6pm, he actually called and informed me he would be about 20 mins early, unfortunately I couldn’t get off and home any sooner than 4pm. Once I arrived Scott wasn’t rude or obnoxious because of waiting 20 mins, he was very pleasant and helpful in diagnosing the problem with the garage door. Scott gave me a few options relative to the repairs and made the repairs in about an hour. My 22 year old garage is operating quietly and smoothly again. Would certainly do business with again.

Their slogan fits their professionalism "Precision door is a name you can trust". It's my first time using their services and all I can say is if you have a problem with your garage door who do you rather have a handyman or an expert? They know their job are very professional and very thorough with recommended repairs to the finish job. Rob came and inspected my door and did a very complete inspection of the parts that were worn out, took pictures and did a very complete inspection. Nick completed the job in a very complete fashion with no mess left behind. When I asked questions he explained everything that was repaired and recommended lubricating intervals of once or twice a year for certain hinges. Highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
