The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night when my wife and I went to back the car out. Sunday morning we went on line to see if anyone serviced garage doors on Sunday,to my surprise Precision Garage did. What is a nice surprise is I chatted write away with Jacob a tech. After chatting with him for a few minutes he let me know that he would be out in just a couple of hours. Needless to say he was out within a half hour and was extremely polite and explained everything. About another half an hour he was finished, and the door has not worked that well in a very long time and was extremely quite. Precision knows what customer service is and definitely shows it in a lot of ways. I will always use them in the future.

GREAT GUY. CAME OUT WAS ON TIME CALLED AHEAD AND NEW HIS JOB WELL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN 45 MIN. PREVIOUS COMPANY CHARGED ALOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, MADE IT WORSE AND WANTED TO SELL US NEW DOOR OPENER FOR $900.00 AND IN 15 MIN WITH MY HUSBAND SAYING NO SAID OH I CAN BRING IT DOWN TO $700.00! THESE PEOPLE AT PRECISION WERE AWSOME!!!!!!! DONT CALL ANY ONE BUT THESE PEOPLE THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING THEY ARE HONEST AND RELABLE!! THANK YOU PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY

Good job, Adam! The old garage door opener was not working & needed to be replaced. Adam took out the old and replaced it with a new, extremely quiet door opener. Glad it's working now. Blessings to Precision Door (and Adam) for the good work and new opener.

A tech was available to come out within a few hours after I placed a call to the company. The tech did a trouble shoot and found that our garage door opener was in need of being replaced. Services were preformed in a timely manner. Everything from beginning to completion was explained thoroughly. Now my garage operates nice, smooth and QUIET (no more waking up baby) thanks to Scott.

Garage door opening and closing repair. Very nice men. It turned out to be the pressure treated block of wood, missing bolts which was throwing the brackets to motor off. It needed new wiring also. I was amazed at how smart the guys were. They really know the their stuff and were very polite, down to earth and nice. I would recommend them again. Thank you so much.
