After calling another company for a quote on new garage door for an addtion on our proerty it was close to a week befor someone could come out to our home. We had previously done business with this company and they had already installed six doors on our property so we thought they would be our best bet, not so! After the visit by their estimator we were told someone would contact us the next day with the quote. After waiting a week and still no quote I called your company and within two hours your estimator came out gave us a quote and scheduled our install. I am very satatified with your company and seeing we are in the position of recommending other customers I will put your name on my list of contracts to be used in construction of other homes in our area.

I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs or new installations. We had a broken torsion spring and a very loud door opener because of the builder putting in an under sized door opener. Service tech Rob was on time and helped me with my remotes that were not working. He listened to everything I had to say, checked over the entire system, adjusted the sensors near the bottom of the door, reset the remotes, and all is working great. Precision belt driven system is quiet, great investment. System check was thorough and appreciated the next day service.

Bought this new garage door opener back in 2013. It ran flawlessly for five years. Then one day both remotes stopped working the same day. I called them out for a service call and he completely serviced and inspected the unit. It turned out to be a defective remote. Problem solved. Good to go for another 5 yrs now.

I was at home when the tech came to the house to repair the garage door. My name is Donna Bardou. The tech was very professional and offered me the option of doing other items while he was here. I appreciated that. He was friendly and was able to make the adjustment to the door in a timely manner. The scheduling of the visit was fast and easy as well. The tech phoned prior to arriving. I have used Precision previously and will use them again in the future.

First, garage door opener wasn't working and the old garage doors needed to be replaced. Second, I ask the technician to install the new garage door opener however, he wanted to wait till the new garage doors came in. This doesn't help the fact that for a month I will not be able to access the garage! Then after paying over $3000.00 dollars for new doors and garage door opener, there is a charge on the receipt for a $69.00 service call. There was no service preformed! The technician did everything NOT to install the garage door opener, just to make the overall sale.
