Dylan was our service person and was very professional. Came out within two hours of phone call to company. He saw how dangerous our situation was and did a 12 point inspection and gave me options on fixing my spring and coil wires. Then he has everything on his truck to fix my door. He cleaned up after himself and we were set to go within an hour. My husband is disabled and was happy to be able to get out garage door with his scooter or wheelchair. We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision right away to have same repaired. From the time we talked to Dysteny (know its spelled wrong) until Daniel had completed the repairs we were treated with professional care. It only took two and a half hours from the time we called to facilitate the repairs and they were done with great attention to detail. We have used Precision for years and will continue to use them and suggest them to our friends. Great job Daniel door works great.

Have been using Precision since 2013, and have never been disappointed with their services! They we're punctual, and made great recommendations as to my needs. They installed a new bottom seal, as I requested. In addition, they installed a new belt driven garage door opener with battery backup. Belts and all warranties listed on invoice. Neighbor and I can't believe how quiet this opener is!

I found this site by searching "garage door repair Palm Coast." First, the reviews were all high. Second, I recognized some of the reviewers. So I called around noon (maybe a little later) on a Saturday and was told someone would be here between 6 and 8. I got a call around 4:30 from the tech saying he was finished with his job and was 10 minutes away. Who ever heard of a tech coming 90 minutes before the start of the window? Our tech found what the problem was, showed and explained it to me along with my options. Our springs needed to be replaced and would most likely need a new opener, as it was 13 years old. He went through the options and discounts. So we got the springs and opener replaced. He went to work and explained how to use the system and how to maintain and check for problems. And our tech was great with my kids and dog when they interrupted us in the garage.

Called for a quote this morning Nick was at the house within the hour. the garage door springs were broken and needed to be replaced. Nick assessed all the parts and operation of the garage door and the opener and gave me excellent advice and information. I have a a background in many areas and found his advice to be spot on. I had several estimates and ended up getting better springs, cable adjustment, customer service and price than all the others, including the original garage door sales and installation company. Precision installed a new garage door about 1 year ago. We kept the motor that was here when we bought the house even though it was 13 years old. We had some problems with the door going up partway and stopping. I called for service and they scheduled us for the next day. Scott arrived in the time given us and gave us a full report of our problem. Within an hour he had a new motor installed and a keypad on the outside of the door. He then explained the main things that I would need to know to operate the opener and keypad. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
