What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. We had an unusual problem resulting from a poor repair several years ago from another company. Chris fixed it in an expert manner and helped me to feel very comfortable in understanding the workings of our garage door. And I couldn't believe how quick the response time was from when I called!

We've had Precision help us out in the past and were very satisfied with their service. Our most recent service entailed the replacement of our garage door opener. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Billy (the kid), our technician. He was quite knowledgeable, thorough, patient, explained everything he did, and showed us how it all worked. We will definitely call on Precision again, if the need arises. This company seems to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. That's a rare thing in this day and age. I highly recommend Precision, without hesitation.

Our garage door broke and we felt helpless. We found Precision's website and saw the great reviews. We had an appointment within an hour, received a confirmation e-mail and information introducing the technician who would arrive! Jonathan Gonzalez went above and beyond to fix our old broken door! What a nice man! He was so meticulous with the work and we are absolutely thrilled! What a pleasure to do business with Precision! A car was driven through our garage door Precision was the only company that could do the job right away. Other companies wait time was three to four weeks. Since one car was trapped in the garage, that would not do. Not only did they do it fast, Quality and service were unmatched. My only complaint is that it is so quiet I can't hear my wife pulling into the garage. Regardless I would recommend and use Precision again. Pdv.

Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.
