Precision was great. We called with an issue on a Friday and someone was at our door Monday. We were very pleased with the quick response to our dilemma. Both of our cars were stuck in our garage (the manual release didn't work either). They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs. Our garage door was locked, so we called our former garage door person. He was not available, so we checked the yellow pages. Your answering service was prompt in putting us in touch with Nick, who called us and set a time that he would be here. After assessing the problem, he communicated with us as to what was wrong, what was needed and the price. We were 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He had a friendly, helpful attitude.
