Called for a quote this morning Nick was at the house within the hour. the garage door springs were broken and needed to be replaced. Nick assessed all the parts and operation of the garage door and the opener and gave me excellent advice and information. I have a a background in many areas and found his advice to be spot on. I had several estimates and ended up getting better springs, cable adjustment, customer service and price than all the others, including the original garage door sales and installation company. I heartily recommend Precision and Nick to anyone.

Absolutely satisfied. Everyone I dealt with were great. This is what to expect. Special order doors can take up to eight weeks. Remove and replace door takes approximately five hours. Replacement wood is not painted. Finished enclosure is not calked. No mess to pick up. Any questions you may have are answered before you realize you have a question. Safety concerns are reviewed. Basically your team will not leave you uninformed. You will receive a follow up call from your representative within twenty four hours of the install. Figure out your budget and elect Precision Door. I am definitely satisfied with the entire process.

Precision installed a new garage door about 1 year ago. We kept the motor that was here when we bought the house even though it was 13 years old. We had some problems with the door going up partway and stopping. I called for service and they scheduled us for the next day. Scott arrived in the time given us and gave us a full report of our problem. Within an hour he had a new motor installed and a keypad on the outside of the door. He then explained the main things that I would need to know to operate the opener and keypad. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the 'buck boards" that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were "OK, the boards look good."

Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.
