Same day service though I had to be connected from Brevard Office to Central Florida . The technician was thorough and knows his work. He explained the principles of how a garage door works and that balance is the key. The 20 year old system was overhauled with new and proper springs, cables, bearings (on springs shaft) and end rollers. PLUS replaced old tired worn out drive motor.

The entire experience as superb. We called with an emergency service call because our door wouldn't open. After consulting with our technician we decided on a complete new door. Jacob was no pressure and was ready to do whatever we decided to do. He spent as much time as we needed to get our questions answered. The door went in without a hitch because the installers were clearly very skilled.

I have a very heavy garage door, that was trouble since we bought our home. Precision Doors have been great!! I found them on Angie's list and they are my go to company!! I had a very noisy garage that could wake up the household and next door neighbors. I called Precision Door Service and they scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician came to my home and reviewed the condition of my garage infrastructure. I had frayed cables, rusted and noisy bearings, worn door rollers and an outdated opener. After 16 years of use I wasn't surprised. The technicians advised me of the time it would take. After they completed the repair, I've now opened and closed my garage 50 times without screeching, rubbing metal noises. I can't believe the transformation ! I now LOVE opening and closing my garage. I can't recommend this company and the professionals that work there. I've shown off my new garage to my next door neighbor. They are calling Precision to schedule their appointment to get their garage door in tip top shape.

Spring on 1 of my garage doors broke on Saturday. I called to schedule service on Sunday and service was scheduled between 2-5 on Monday.Scott, the technician, arrived on time, inspected the doors, explained my options. My d garage door of 30+ years needed help. Andrew came out to take a look and confirmed my thoughts that a replacement was the best option. Andrew didn't pressure me toward a new door, he just pointed out the pro and cons of repair vs replace. I went with replacement. Andrew help me pick out the best door for my needs and completed the purchase order. Precision handeled the permits needed and returned when the new door hardware was ready fir installation. Evan and Austin performed the installation, everything went very well, the job was completed to my satisfaction. One installed noticed a defect with one of the windows and processed paperwork to get a replacement. I probably would missed the defect otherwise. The belt drive opener is very quit, as is the door movement up and down. My satisfaction with Precision is five star, and I highly recommend them. I like the web page that has pictures of the employees that dispatched to my house, I can read a short bio and know more about the person I will be talking to.

Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I found a coupon in a mailer and called to make an appointment. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment but rescheduled. I was told who would come to my home. The service representative was Matt. He was extremely professional, polite and hard working. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Only time will tell if the products installed hold up well. But at this time I have every confidence that they will.

We came home and our garage door didn't open.....I immediately called Precision, as they had installed my new garage door opener 3 years ago. I was given a time to expect the my technician, and Andrew arrived on time, immediately saw the problem, a spring had broken. He then showed me the options of repair, when one was chosen, the work was completed within 30 mins. I appreciate the excellent Customer Service and the quick turn around time, the repair was done within 3 hous of my call on 3/21/17 at 1:00 P.M Thank You Andrew for your excellent and courteous service.

Johnathon has just finished installing a new motor on my 19 year old garage door opener. I called around 1030 a.m. and was told a service rep would be here between 3 and 5 p.m. John arrived at 3;50 P.M .and explained, explicitly what my problem was, quoted very fair prices, and when I asked when I could expect the work to be done He said "How does right now sound? I have every thing I need with me "He finished the job, walked us through operation procedures in a very professional manner. HE GETS FIVE STARS FROM THIS OLD GEEZER !!!!!
