i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. I'm going to get precision door on my next house. 5 stars

After going with another company for a previous garage door repair and not being totally satisfied, I tried Precision on the advice of my girlfriend who had used them prior to my meeting her. They were everything she said they'd be and more. The technician, Andrew, was spot-on brilliant when it came to garage doors and it was quickly apparent that he cared more than just getting his paycheck. He went out of his way to make sure every component installed performed to his high standards. Not only was he personable, but he was exacting in every detail and I felt the job done was well worth the price. I would recommend Precision Doors AND Andrew to anyone needing an installation or repair.

My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job... 5's across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.

Blake was at my home early and I was not there. My family called me and he talked to me about my issues and what he thought was the best solution. I gave him the OK to move forward. When I arrived home he greeted me and went over the plan and I was very satisfied with everything he was going to do. Very pleasant and efficient and for all the work he had to do, he was fantastic. When the job was completed he showed me everything that was done and how it works and the quality of the replaced parts. I was very happy with his professionalism and his excellent work. My garage door seems to me working like it is new. I also like the safety features he explained and for his overall work ethic. Hats off to this excellent job and person.

It's always uncomfortable hiring someone to do a job you know nothing about. And it's always comforting when you find someone you believe you can trust to treat you honestly and honorably. Precision is just such a company. They come when they say they'll come. They charge what they say they'll charge. They fix what they say they'll fix. I had them come while out of the country, knowing I had no need to worry. These guys are the real deal. Use them.

We selected your firm from Angie's List after reading the reviews. Scott was very polite and professional as he showed us what was needed to repair and replace. From the results our garage door has never been properly balanced with the proper springs which were replaced along with new roller and a new opener. The garage door opens and closes very quietly and without straining. Also, it can be raised with one hand if the power is out or in an emergency. We are very pleased with this installation at a price and warranty for service that is outstanding!
