The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.

Had a new garage door motor and accessories set up today by Daniel. My garage door opener was acting up and it was 18 years old so the only choice was to replace. He called before he came and was on time. He investigated what was wrong with my old system and explained it plainly. He discussed my options and pricing without pressure. He installed the new system efficiently and you can tell he knows what he was doing. He went over instructions and operating the new garage door opener and also the wifi. He cleaned up before he left like nothing happened. The new upgraded system is awesome and quiet. I don't even have to worry if I leave the garage door open as I have the wifi to check on it. I am pretty pleased with the service. I have used PGD before and I will recommend them.

I love my new garage door and opener. Chris who came to my house 2 days ago and made my appointment the next day, was very helpful, professional and gave me all the information I needed. The next day Matt and Alex showed up and also gave me all the information I needed to maintain my door and use my keypad to my door. I am extremely happy with there work and the look of my door. Very pleased with the quick response and professional job completed on my garage door torsion spring replacement. Your service tech Jonathan was out within an hour after my call for service. Jonathan was very professional and completed the replacement with properly sized springs (I have a heavy steel door), and then thoroughly checked and realigned my door track frame and rollers (my system is 25 years old and never really serviced except for two other spring replacements). I am also pleased to have a lifetime warranty now on my garage door. Excellent job.

Arrived when promised. Super nice guys. Very competent and fully explained all the options available to fix our broken spring and why the other pieces of the door were in need of maintenance. Repairs were performed quickly and the techs covered everything with us before they left. I'd assume I won't need there services again anytime soon (hopefully) but I'd recommend them to friends if they were looking for someone.
