I did not know that Precision runs background checks and drug tests on their personnel before but this is extremely important and delivers VALUE for customers. Your screening process of your personnel definitely shows. Your price is higher than I could have obtained from other sources but there is value in the level of service and safety you deliver. I will have to admit, your personnel ( Eric and Charlie) that I dealt were are OUTSTANDING in every way. OUTSTANDING quality and installation process! Calls and appointments completed like clock work!

I called Precision at about 10:30 am and Kevin, the Precision tech, arrived within 2 hours. He replaced all of the rollers and also adjusted the limit switch. Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very well satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to reuse Precision in the future. I would definitely give them 5 Stars.

William arrived early for the service call which was great! He attempted to fix the problem with our 10 year old lift master garage door opener, but it seemed to be a broken "mother board". Since that was just replaced in August 2014, he suggested we get a new garage door opener which was very reasonably priced, including installation & came with a 10 year warranty. He was an extremely personable, hard working and knowledgeable employee. He got the job done quickly, explained all to my husband, and we are extremely satisfied with the new door opener. In all honesty, todays installation & the cost of the new garage door opener took less time and cost less than the amount we paid back in August to another individual for an unsatisfactory job. I would give it 5 stars. I called around 8 AM stating the spring on my garage door had broken & I couldn't open the door by myself. By 9 AM Blake was already here and started working on replacing the springs. He also replaced the worn out wheels that the door rides on & installed new nylon wheels. Blake was very personable,courteous & very knowledgable. It was totally a very positive experience.
