George Bears was the service technician on my service call. I had a broken spring and other worn parts that needed replacing. George provided several options and recommendations. I ended up replacing the broken spring, and garage door opener along with other parts. George was professional, courteous, and very efficient. The entire job was performed within two hours. William arrived early for the service call which was great! He attempted to fix the problem with our 10 year old lift master garage door opener, but it seemed to be a broken "mother board". Since that was just replaced in August 2014, he suggested we get a new garage door opener which was very reasonably priced, including installation & came with a 10 year warranty. He was an extremely personable, hard working and knowledgeable employee. He got the job done quickly, explained all to my husband, and we are extremely satisfied with the new door opener. In all honesty, todays installation & the cost of the new garage door opener took less time and cost less than the amount we paid back in August to another individual for an unsatisfactory job. Thank you Precision Door Service and thank you William!

I would give it 5 stars. I called around 8 AM stating the spring on my garage door had broken & I couldn't open the door by myself. By 9 AM Blake was already here and started working on replacing the springs. He also replaced the worn out wheels that the door rides on & installed new nylon wheels. Blake was very personable,courteous & very knowledgable. It was totally a very positive experience.

I chose Precision because it is the best. My garage door was in need of serious repair and Precision did the job for me. The service performed by Charles Merino was very professional and prompt. He obviously knew what he was doing. He spelled out very clearly the various repair options that I could choose. He did NOT exert any pressure on me as to which option to choose. That was my decision to make. I had him replace everything (springs, rollers, cables, etc.), except the actual door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to any one that is need of a garage door repair. They are the best.

It was very professional job when my garage door was installed. The installer took the time to show me obvious problems with the old garage door system. I did not feel pressured. Later I had a problem with the remotes and they came out the SAME day and fixed the problem with no charge. The staff is professional and friendly, answering any questions I have. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing repair/installation of a garage door system!!It's great to find a reliable company these days when many times it's so hard to find a quality company with such nice people!!!!

Our service tech, Charlie did a great job. Very prompt and was spot on regarding the amount of time it would take to complete our job. Very Professional. A little bit more expensive but competitive. We love the new garage door and the belt drive opener is fantastic! I would recommend Precision.

I chose Precision because a co-worker suggested you. I am so glad I did. The initial contact was awsome (phone) and set my mind at ease. The tech. Jonathan Gonzalez was there right at 2 pm as promised. He paid attention to me when I explained what I wanted, which is so rare these days. He did a full check on my door and made smart suggestions for the repair and for future maintenance. He invited me to stay with him while he made repairs so I could have a good understanding of what was going on. He worked methodically, quickly and efficiently. I work for Orange County in maintenance. Sometimes I work on Garage doors at fire stations. Jonathan did everything exactly as I would have on my job. He was exellent! Very nice and knowledgeable. Later that day my next door neighbors garage door spring broke! Crazy huh? Same problem, same day, right next door. Anyway, I recomended Precision to her, she called and they are coming out to fix hers too. Great Job!
