The technician, Jonathan arrived well within the appointment time frame. He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions regarding the situation with garage door opener. He completed the job of removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one within the time frame estimated and we are very pleased with the results. We needed a repair to our garage door. Our technician was Jonathan Gonzalas. He arrived even a little early, which was great! Jonathan was very professional and competent. Blake called the morning of the appointment to let us know when he'd be here. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous in explaining our job. I did not know that Precision runs background checks and drug tests on their personnel before but this is extremely important and delivers VALUE for customers. Your screening process of your personnel definitely shows. Your price is higher than I could have obtained from other sources but there is value in the level of service and safety you deliver. I will have to admit, your personnel ( Eric and Charlie) that I dealt were are OUTSTANDING in every way. OUTSTANDING quality and installation process! Calls and appointments completed like clock work!

I called Precision at about 10:30 am and Kevin, the Precision tech, arrived within 2 hours. He replaced all of the rollers and also adjusted the limit switch. Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very well satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to reuse Precision in the future. I would definitely give them 5 Stars.

George Bears was the service technician on my service call. I had a broken spring and other worn parts that needed replacing. George provided several options and recommendations. I found your company on Angie's List and it got great reviews. I heartily agree, and would recommend this company to anyone who needed garage door work. The technician was as nice as could be. Arrived on time, called first to announce he was coming, and did not charge me for coming out here, even after I told him that I would not be able to go ahead with the repairs at this time. Most companies charge an estimate fee at least.
