My garage door suddenly closed behind me & I found myself locked out. My wife was nearby & I was able to get back in & call your Company for same day service. Jacob upon arrival, immediately recognized the problem, a broken spring. He worked up what items needed to be addressed and professionally gave me 3 doors to choose from, LOL! I went with door #3. Life time warranty! I questioned whose life? Jacob was personable, professionable and got the job done?

Garage door opening and closing repair. Very nice men. It turned out to be the pressure treated block of wood, missing bolts which was throwing the brackets to motor off. It needed new wiring also. I was amazed at how smart the guys were. They really know the their stuff and were very polite, down to earth and nice. I would recommend them again. Thank you so much.

The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.

Had a new garage door motor and accessories set up today by Daniel. My garage door opener was acting up and it was 18 years old so the only choice was to replace. He called before he came and was on time. He investigated what was wrong with my old system and explained it plainly. He discussed my options and pricing without pressure. He installed the new system efficiently and you can tell he knows what he was doing. He went over instructions and operating the new garage door opener and also the wifi. He cleaned up before he left like nothing happened. The new upgraded system is awesome and quiet. I don't even have to worry if I leave the garage door open as I have the wifi to check on it. I am pretty pleased with the service. I have used PGD before and I will recommend them.
