Had a problem with my old garage opener and called Precision on a Saturday. Andrew returned my call and after explaining the problem and a potential fire hazard, as smoke was coming from motor, we unplugged and a new motor was installed on Monday. Good service and a helpful call back meant a lot.

We were so pleased that the tech was able to come the same day, and on a Saturday, too. He arrived early, after calling to say he was ahead of schedule. He took time to explain the options and then fixed the problem. He also replaced a part on our other door, which probably saved us a future repair expense. We have your sticker on our garage doors, and will plan to use you anytime we have a problem Our neighbor used you recently, and he recommended you.

I had everything except the door itself replaced over a year ago and was happy with the work. they came over today when I was having problems with noise of opening and closing. They did a variety of tests and adjustments for no charge and solved the problems.

I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can't say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

A tech was available to come out within a few hours after I placed a call to the company. The tech did a trouble shoot and found that our garage door opener was in need of being replaced. Services were preformed in a timely manner. Everything from beginning to completion was explained thoroughly. Now my garage operates nice, smooth and QUIET (no more waking up baby) thanks to Scott.

Within15 minutes of my contact with Precision, I had a call back from a very professional-sounding woman who took my infirmation and said that Dylan would perform the repairs this evening between 6-8 p.m., that he would call me when he was on his way. (Ro-Mac said they would schedule me for four (4) days later. Ha!) Dylan did call, told me what time he would be here and then did exactly that. Within an hour of his arrival, he had completed the installation of new springs, gotten paid and was on his way. Awesome service from the company, and especially from Dylan. Needless to say, I won't be calling the "other" company ever again.
