I called Precision late in the day. Our spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Expecting to have to wait until the next day for service, to my great surprise they responded they could be out within 3 hours! They called in one hour and were there in 30 minutes. They had the necessary parts and had my oversized door up and operating in 45 minutes or so. Great customer service and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. FIVE stars for sure!

5 STARS!! to Precision Garage Door. I have been using your services since I moved back to Florida and your service and reputation serve you well. Always on time and the technicians are well trained, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Charlie did an exceptional job and completed the removal and installation process in 1 hour. He represents your company well and should be commended for that. Your 3 hour service window has always been within the 1st 30 minutes of that window allowing homeowners not to waste the day away waiting for someone to show up for repairs....KUDOS to Precision and Charlie. I'm sold for life on Precision.

Precision had a fast response I was surprised when they could come out with in 2 hrs of my call John was my tech he was very friendly and knowledgeable he was able to find my trouble quickly and did a fast repair he also checked out all the working parts of the door before leavening making sure I didn't have any more trouble This is the second time I used Prcision and would recommend them.

Holly, scheduled the appointment for me. She was very patient with me and worked around my schedule to set up an apointment. Thank You Holly! Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.

Very fast and friendly service. Eric was the installer and he was very much down-to-earth and professional. He was fast and efficient and if I need service again, I would hope to see him again. I usually tip for great service and I feel bad that I forgot to tip Eric (the money was in my pocket!). One of the things I appreciated about Precision's work is that I was given options. I ended up going with the lifetime deal on the belt-drive opener, springs, bearing plates, drums, cables, and rollers. No worries anymore with the garage door. Time will tell on whether the lifetime warranty materials are worth the additional cost. At this point, I believe it is the best deal and the quality of the hardware was obviously superior. Did I mention that the belt-drive opener is whisper-quiet? Amazing.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. My tech was Eric. He was on time and did a through inspection of my garage door system. All I needed were new springs. Eric was very professional and friendly. His workmanship was very good and he completed the job in 30 minutes.
