We called at 11:15 on Saturday morning during Memorial Day weekend. We were told a technician could arrive between 12 and 3, but because wee were out shopping asked that they come later, 1-4 pm. The technician, Andrew, called a bit before one. He was knowledgable and helpful. He solved our problem quickly, to our total satisfaction. Ok, he will have to order parts, but the problem was diagnosed and solution is on the way. On time, knowledgable, patient technician, reasonable prices. 5 stars

I have used Precision twice for two different garage door matters. From the person taking the initial call to the repairman, they have always been super nice and able to come the very next day for service. I had a problem with my original 30 year old garage door opener that posed both a security and a safety risk. I called Precision Overhead Door Service at 7:15 AM, got to speak to a real person who handled my call and said someone would be out between 8 AM and 11 AM. The service technician called around 8:30 AM to inform me he would be there in about 45 minutes and he was. Explained what the problem was and listed a variety of options and cost of each. Once the option was selected, he went to work and finished in a couple of hours. Very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
