My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

Blake was very informative & was ready to fix more than I had originally requested! We knew our spring was broken but when he arrived we also asked about our keypad (he checked & it was completely corroded inside). Jacob did a super professional job. We have lived here for 29 years and had various people work on our 18x8 wooden door and my neighbors could tell when it closed....BOOM! The opener quit so I called Precision. Smart move. Jacob gave me several choices. I made my choice of the most complete one. Jacob had made his inspection and went over all the details. My door now doesn't make a sound! When in the manual mode, my wife can move it up or down with one hand. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. When finished with the install, he programed our car remotes and went over everything with both of us.

Had a new belt drive opener and better springs installed this morning after a failure of part of my old opener. Blake checked everything and made recommendations for the new belt drive opener and better springs, and explained the reasons for the recommendation well. Although there were better options (and more $$) I am pleased with the recommendation I accepted. Blake installed the new opener quickly, much more so than I had believed it would take. Important to me, though, was that there was never a sense of pressure from Blake. He just put the options out there and once I decided, he jumped into action on the install. Blake is a good face for the company and I would definitely recommend Precision.

Fast service the day before thanksgiving. The Dispatcher was very courteous and the tech that came out was in uniform and clean cut. The service truck was clean and well kept as well. The tech explained everything that was needed and executed the spring replacement in a timely manner. I am a salesmen for an air conditioning company that prides itself on the same values. It is hard to find a company that is truly a customer service oriented company.Well Done!

Came on time and performed the service as promised. A broken seal was replaced. It was good to have the written report with diagnostics and a few different options for repair. Since the original request was for replacing the door seal, I didn't proceed to have it repaired but overall experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommended.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC
