Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.

The technician arrived less than 2 hours after we called! This is the second time that we've had rapid, professional and reasonably-priced service from Precision. I wouldn't consider calling another garage door company.

My original techs name was Jason but he is no longer there. I paid cash upfront and the job was incomplete and I waited several weeks to get the other half of my service just to be billed again. I would definatly not recommend them.

We have contacted Mr. Wickerhsam and corrected the mistake on the billing showing paid in full. We also waived the cost of our service call fee on the billing when we returned to Mr. Wickersham's home at a later date to accommodate for his inconvenience and try to earn his business back, as we like to have long relationships with our customers. Here at Precision we train our technician's to take care of our customer's garage repairs on the date of service. There are some rare cases that we may have to return to complete the service, in which case we try to take care the follow up quickly. The Precision Team strives to satisfy each customer to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, there are very rare times in which we have a situation that requires extra care, and we will respond with a solution that agrees with our customers.

I had Precision door install 2 new springs due to a broken spring. They arrived BEFORE the appointment time and finished the job in under an hour. With the lifetime warranty on the new springs I now have no worries about that and plan on having them replace my old opener in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Van was very professional, gave me all the options and prices. I am very mechanically inclined, but I opted for him to do the work since he had the experience in these projects. The job was completed in 30-45 minutes. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied before he left. I would recommend Precision to others if asked.

We had springs, rollers, drums, cables, and bearings replaced. Our springs and bracket had completely snapped. Chris was our technician and he was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would (and have) definitely recommend Precision for anyone have problems with their garage doors.
