My d garage door of 30+ years needed help. Andrew came out to take a look and confirmed my thoughts that a replacement was the best option. Andrew didn't pressure me toward a new door, he just pointed out the pro and cons of repair vs replace. I went with replacement. Andrew help me pick out the best door for my needs and completed the purchase order. Precision handeled the permits needed and returned when the new door hardware was ready fir installation. Evan and Austin performed the installation, everything went very well, the job was completed to my satisfaction. One installed noticed a defect with one of the windows and processed paperwork to get a replacement. I probably would missed the defect otherwise. The belt drive opener is very quit, as is the door movement up and down. My satisfaction with Precision is five star, and I highly recommend them. I like the web page that has pictures of the employees that dispatched to my house, I can read a short bio and know more about the person I will be talking to.

Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I found a coupon in a mailer and called to make an appointment. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment but rescheduled. I was told who would come to my home. The service representative was Matt. He was extremely professional, polite and hard working. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Only time will tell if the products installed hold up well. But at this time I have every confidence that they will.

We came home and our garage door didn't open.....I immediately called Precision, as they had installed my new garage door opener 3 years ago. Johnathon has just finished installing a new motor on my 19 year old garage door opener. I called around 1030 a.m. and was told a service rep would be here between 3 and 5 p.m. John arrived at 3;50 P.M .and explained, explicitly what my problem was, quoted very fair prices, and when I asked when I could expect the work to be done He said "How does right now sound? He saw how dangerous our situation was and did a 12 point inspection and gave me options on fixing my spring and coil wires. Then he has everything on his truck to fix my door. We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision right away to have same repaired. From the time we talked to Dysteny (know its spelled wrong) until Daniel had completed the repairs we were treated with professional care. It only took two and a half hours from the time we called to facilitate the repairs and they were done with great attention to detail. We have used Precision for years and will continue to use them and suggest them to our friends. Great job Daniel door works great.

Have been using Precision since 2013, and have never been disappointed with their services! They we're punctual, and made great recommendations as to my needs. They installed a new bottom seal, as I requested. In addition, they installed a new belt driven garage door opener with battery backup. Belts and all warranties listed on invoice. I found this site by searching "garage door repair Palm Coast." First, the reviews were all high. Second, I recognized some of the reviewers. So I called around noon (maybe a little later) on a Saturday and was told someone would be here between 6 and 8. I got a call around 4:30 from the tech saying he was finished with his job and was 10 minutes away. Who ever heard of a tech coming 90 minutes before the start of the window? Our tech found what the problem was, showed and explained it to me along with my options. Our springs needed to be replaced and would most likely need a new opener, as it was 13 years old. He went through the options and discounts. So we got the springs and opener replaced. He went to work and explained how to use the system and how to maintain and check for problems. And our tech was great with my kids and dog when they interrupted us in the garage.
