Precision rep was quick to respond to an issue we were having. Suggested a few things and still came out to check the system (even offered to replace if we couldn't figure things out.) Really couldn't ask for better customer service and response time.

We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the 'buck boards" that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were "OK, the boards look good."

Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.

They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs.
