We have a large commercial door in a residential home. Several companies would not work on it due to the size and hardware needed especially when we said that we believed that the door was fine but all the hardware needed to be replaced. The technician who came out was extremely professional and after performing a system and safety check said that they could indeed install everything I needed to have a "like new" door and lifting system and the parts would come with a lifetime warranty! Within 48 hours the technician had all the hard to find parts needed and installed the whole system in one day. He was tireless and did an outstanding job. I would recommend our technician and Precision Doors to anyone for any problem related to a garage door. In my opinion after interviewing several companies, they are the best you will find. Save your time and call Precision Door IF you want the job to be done right the first time and someone to stand behind their work! I can't say enough about our technician who was tireless and would not stop until it was perfect!!

Nick was awesome. Arrived on time, figured a power surge hit the panel board of the ancient motor I had. He was able to replace the entire motor, sensors and wheels giving me a silent and smooth running door and for a great price!!! Beyond pleased and definitely recommending them to others!

I was having a problem paring my cars to the garage door. I researched online and one of the top companies was Precision. I was able to make my appointment via chat ???????? My service rep Blake initially came to pair my cars to the garage door. He arrived on time and was able to not only pair my cars, he also provided me with a long overdue motor. ( I knew I needed one) He was able to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. Blake was professional and has an excellent demeanor. Initially had a scheduling issue, but thankfully the technician was able to readjust to make the schedule work. I had a 23 year old opener that had began to malfunction when it started getting cool. The Tech (Danny) called me early in the day and kept me up to date on his arrival time (2 thumbs up). Danny was polite and very informative during the inspection of my current system. I already knew I wanted to replace the opener, but he went the extra step in identifying additional safety items that should be taken care of and a few I could do myself. He offered several options that I didn't think about and made sure I was well informed on the pros and cons of each. Due to the age of the system, I took him up on replacing the steel rollers with the much quieter nylon rollers (what a difference that made). Once the installation was completed he went over the opener step by step and ensured everything worked and that I was aware of all the functions and safety features of the new system. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
