Fast service the day before thanksgiving. The Dispatcher was very courteous and the tech that came out was in uniform and clean cut. The service truck was clean and well kept as well. The tech explained everything that was needed and executed the spring replacement in a timely manner. I am a salesmen for an air conditioning company that prides itself on the same values. It is hard to find a company that is truly a customer service oriented company.Well Done!

Came on time and performed the service as promised. A broken seal was replaced. It was good to have the written report with diagnostics and a few different options for repair. Since the original request was for replacing the door seal, I didn't proceed to have it repaired but overall experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommended.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC

Several companies would not work on it due to the size and hardware needed especially when we said that we believed that the door was fine but all the hardware needed to be replaced. The technician who came out was extremely professional and after performing a system and safety check said that they could indeed install everything I needed to have a "like new" door and lifting system and the parts would come with a lifetime warranty! Within 48 hours the technician had all the hard to find parts needed and installed the whole system in one day. He was tireless and did an outstanding job. I would recommend our technician and Precision Doors to anyone for any problem related to a garage door. In my opinion after interviewing several companies, they are the best you will find. Save your time and call Precision Door IF you want the job to be done right the first time and someone to stand behind their work! I can't say enough about our technician who was tireless and would not stop until it was perfect!!
