At first I was very upset about some issues that went on, however I received a call from Scott who was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He apologized for issues and actually refunded us $110 which was more than I actually expected!! Very impress with his actions. My daughter was on site for us and met with Ryan and he found we had a few more troubles than just a broken spring... from a estimated possible $300.00 repair turned into an almost $700.00 repair. Thursday, July 10, 2014 (My Review) Your Bio/Photo ID is a "First" for me, and I applaud your efforts to protect and provide the utmost safety for your customers. Tremendous Kudos to Precision Door Service, and to the Technician, Mr. Ross Helwig,who provided the estimate and procedure for my garage door replacement that he will perform when the specified steel door ordered, will arrive. To avoid hitting the cats, a while back, I inadvertently backed into my garage door, leaving dented panels,which obviously can be replaced. My sole concern was for the safety of the cats, and they were ok. Mr. Helwig called prior to arriving, this morning, to give me his approximate arrival time, and, as indicated, he rang my doorbell at the exact specified time of arrival. He was not only prompt, but extremely Professional and Personable. Too, he explained the Service to be performed in detail. Thank you for such Prompt and Professional Service.
