We called with no notice and was a first time customer. Precision not only made sure a technician was dispatched within hours, they called to let us know when he was coming and followed up with an email. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to fix an almost impossible problem and get us back on track! We will call them again.

The tech actually arived early. I had some questions and he answered them knowledgably to give me confidence in the opener I selected. He installed the opener quickly and then showed me how to operate it and make any changes to the programming if I wanted to change things in the future. Overall a vey impressive job.

I called Precision at 10:00 Am, they said they would be here between 2 PM and 4 PM. Technician George arrived at 1:45 PM told me exactly the what the problem was (which I already knew) so he was honest, and did the job. When he finished our garage door ran smooth and very quiet, what a difference. Thanks George and Precision.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Precision. The technician, George, was profession, informative, and above all just plain nice. He explained all of my options and made it easy to choose the best course of action to repair and replace my opener right then and there. No waiting to order the opener or parts. The items were right there with him on the truck. Never imagined I could have my door installed and done during the service call! I would recommend you guys HIGHLY!!!! And a big kudos to George!

Dylan was the technician. He explained in a very soft sell way why Precision door was superior to the one I had and why there was a difference in your price of $499 and $375. I felt it was worth the difference, especially with the quiet belt and the added features of the key pad. He's a good salesman. John was with him as his helper. He was also very nice to deal with. Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013. I am so pleased with the garage door opener that I purchased November 2012 when I moved into my new home. The unit is the quietest of the three openers I've had in the past. Unfortunately, I did a boo-boo that thew the unit off-track. Precision was out the very next day and cleared the problem quickly for a reasonable charge. The technician and a tag-along trainee were neatly dressed, respectful and pleasantly conversational. It was as though we were all best friends! I will gladly recommend Precision to any acquaintances who indicate they're seeking a professional business that blatantly puts customer service as a top priority.

One of the torsion springs on my door broke late Saturday night. Called for service Sunday morning and was told someone could come out that evening between 6:00 and 8:00. The technician arrived at 5:45, did an assessment of the door and hardware condition, and offered various repair options and prices. I chose to repair/replace several mechanical items because I knew they were worn out. The technician completed all of the repairs at 9:30. Now everything works smooth and quiet.
