I am so pleased with the garage door opener that I purchased November 2012 when I moved into my new home. The unit is the quietest of the three openers I've had in the past. Unfortunately, I did a boo-boo that thew the unit off-track. Precision was out the very next day and cleared the problem quickly for a reasonable charge. The technician and a tag-along trainee were neatly dressed, respectful and pleasantly conversational. It was as though we were all best friends! Dylan was the technician. He explained in a very soft sell way why Precision door was superior to the one I had and why there was a difference in your price of $499 and $375. Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013.
