Had new garage doors and openers installed about 8 months ago. Was not totally happy with the model garage door opener. I called Precision and for a very reasonable price, they switched us to a different style and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate the fast response and incredible customer service! Far exceeded my expectations!

I called to have my garage door repaired. The service tech Jonathan provided a telephone contact to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. Jonathan was respectful and listened to me in an attentive manner. He completed the repair in a short time and to my complete satisfaction. I would use your company for any future repairs needed. Hi, Blake did a great job! But first let me start at the beginning my first impression; he was nice. He was prompt, courteous and patient. I was in a bad car accident and after my husband met Blake outside he came upstairs, sat down and took his time to explain in detail something I am clueless about. I'm from a generation when a mans handshake could be trusted. Blake's customer service and Precision's reputation is the handshake. My husband left it up to me to choose who we would use. Had a problem with my old garage opener and called Precision on a Saturday. Andrew returned my call and after explaining the problem and a potential fire hazard, as smoke was coming from motor, we unplugged and a new motor was installed on Monday. Good service and a helpful call back meant a lot.

We were so pleased that the tech was able to come the same day, and on a Saturday, too. He arrived early, after calling to say he was ahead of schedule. He took time to explain the options and then fixed the problem. He also replaced a part on our other door, which probably saved us a future repair expense. We have your sticker on our garage doors, and will plan to use you anytime we have a problem Our neighbor used you recently, and he recommended you.

I had everything except the door itself replaced over a year ago and was happy with the work. they came over today when I was having problems with noise of opening and closing. They did a variety of tests and adjustments for no charge and solved the problems.

I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can't say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

You certainly deserve a 5 star rating. The person who answered the phone and helped set up an appointment to repair my garage door was extremely helpful. It really calmed me down as I was scheduled to see my doctor regarding a serious personal issue that morning. When the service person came, he exhibited the same efficiency and helpfulness.
