Bill Do you teach your service people on the phone to say one price (replace 2 springs ) $299 then when the service person comes out $680? I was at my dentist office when they called and said the different price. I told you service guy I was quoted 299. Why 680 oh life time warranty and Home Depot used the wrong parts ( which Home Depot is going to call me back about) My neighbor said your company was great.i had 2 quotes from other companies for $225 to change the springs. Why because I’m a woman would you do this to your mom. My Dentist said don’t let them take advantage of you( the woman in the office said great job Cyndi don’t let them do that). My ending price was $335 because I said yes to a metal washer? The service guy was very polite I just don’t like to be taken advantage of, also waiting for Home Depot to call me back for not doing there job correctly. Garage door was installed 2013

I've had a loud squeaky garage door for three months....I called Precision this morning and by 2pm this afternoon Scott arrived with a helper and diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem in terms I could understand and gave be two options. My door now runs quietly and has a lifetime guarantee. Precision was quick, friendly, clean and nice! Thank you

I placed an emergency call to Precision around 7:00 pm on Sunday evening. My garage door would not open and our vehicles were locked inside. They were not able to respond that evening but I was assured a Technician would be out at 7:00 am Monday morning. I was very pleased with the service I received. The Technician was at my house as promised and I was able to get my granddaughter to school on time. The Technician was very professional and courteous. Another satisfied customer.

This represents a review from a very satisfied Precision Door customer. The situation: Without warning our overhead garage door would not entirely close and then would suddenly reverse and re-open. We suspected lightning surges or digital electronic issues. Notwithstanding, Precision technicians (Mr. Ryan Rozelle & helper) responded within 2 hours to our service request and arrived as scheduled. They expertly diagnosed the problem (a center metal weight-bearing plate detached from the garage door frame which then misaligned the open/close drive mechanism). Repairs were quickly accomplished and the problem resolved—all covered under warranty (April 2016 original installation). And, they also programed our new 2018 Subaru car garage opener. Many thanks for your attentiveness and quick response. I highly recommend them! Five stars--all gold.

Bought this new garage door opener back in 2013. It ran flawlessly for five years. Then one day both remotes stopped working the same day. I called them out for a service call and he completely serviced and inspected the unit. It turned out to be a defective remote. Problem solved. Good to go for another 5 yrs now.

This was a warranty visit for broken springs. We originally used Precision 4 years ago and we are so happy we upgraded our springs and purchased the lifetime warranty. They broke 4 years later and we didn't have to pay for the springs again and had perfect service from the phone call to the technician! It was all so professional! The technician (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) came out the very next morning and did a great job! Pleasant and professional! We would definitely recommend this company!!!

Great company. Great product. They upgraded garage door at home and did makeover on one at office—-new springs, rollers, etc. The beast was tamed. Also installed electric system on each. No complaints. Tech stayed at it in both cases until it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Decided to insulate my garage door so I could cool it with a portable AC and work there in the afternoons. I purchased the insulation from HD, installed it and it looked great, until I closed the door and stressed the springs. Call Precision the next morning. They arrived before 10 and by that afternoon the springs were upgraded, door brought up to code for hurricanes and I sprung for an electrical door opener. I absolutely love it. Wish I had done it years ago. When its easy to use, you use it more. I have asked them to do the same at my office. I highly recommend them.

We were impressed that we reached a live person on Sunday night to schedule our emergency repair and you were able to come out the next morning. We needed a complete overhaul of the garage door and the repair was done under your lifetime warranty without question. Chris was very professional and did a great job. The door is working better than ever. He even returned quickly, when we called back, to check out a problem with the opener that cropped up after he left. Would recommend your company and service to anyone.

Great install. Great technician. Biggest issue is WiFi for garage door has terrible ratings and is impossible to get to work correctly. Ratings totally show it so I think you should carry a better WiFi capable product and make sure you are carrying best products available.

5 stars! these guys came right out and fixed our door after I closed it on a box and broke a cable. I was terrified it was totaled but he fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
