I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door repair needs. We called after one of our garage door springs broke and they had a technician come out the next day. The technician was courteous and professional. He gave us multiple options and guided us through the repair process. Precision made the process painless and we will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Service was exceptional. Two reps came to my house--Rob and Beau--both were professional and knowledgable. My system needed a lot of work and the price was fair. I'm an engineer, electrical, and the work Bob said had to be done needed doing. Beau did an outstanding job redoing the many faults in my system. I strongly recommend Precision for any work required with Garage doors.

I purchased a complete double garage door system, including wood replacement. A pleasure doing business with this company, from sale to installation. I was kept informed of all aspects of operations and all service times. Many thanks to Amy for the communications! Everyone showed up when they were scheduled, and work was performed fast and efficiently. I commend Ed and Zach for that. I highly recommend this company and the superior product they sell. "This door is so quiet, I cant believe it". Mark.

Replaced opener that was not working properly. Also replaced spring which they had installed a few years ago. Fixed door so it was balanced properly. Explained me options as I am in my 80's and don't want more than I need. Gave me a Senior discount, a coupon discount, and a lifetime guarantee. Workers were fast, courteous, explained everything well and cleaned up the area. I would recommend them to anyone that needs that type of service.

Their slogan fits their professionalism "Precision door is a name you can trust". It's my first time using their services and all I can say is if you have a problem with your garage door who do you rather have a handyman or an expert? They know their job are very professional and very thorough with recommended repairs to the finish job. Rob came and inspected my door and did a very complete inspection of the parts that were worn out, took pictures and did a very complete inspection. Nick completed the job in a very complete fashion with no mess left behind. When I asked questions he explained everything that was repaired and recommended lubricating intervals of once or twice a year for certain hinges. Highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Our next door neighbor had her garage door repaired by one of your technicians, I believe it was Mike who did the work. His workmanship was outstanding. I asked him if he'd take a look at our door. He did and said he could repair our door that same afternoon. I could not be more pleased. First of all the price was very reasonable. Our door works so well now and is so quiet that I was shocked. And Mike worked through the afternoon to complete the repair in the same day. I think your company and your technicians are top shelf, exemplary. As I said my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

After calling another company for a quote on new garage door for an addtion on our proerty it was close to a week befor someone could come out to our home. We had previously done business with this company and they had already installed six doors on our property so we thought they would be our best bet, not so! After the visit by their estimator we were told someone would contact us the next day with the quote. After waiting a week and still no quote I called your company and within two hours your estimator came out gave us a quote and scheduled our install. I am very satatified with your company and seeing we are in the position of recommending other customers I will put your name on my list of contracts to be used in construction of other homes in our area.

I had opener, rollers, springs, cables etc. replaced. A technician came out at 10:00 AM showed me all the trouble sites and quoted me a fair price. At 12:30 PM two technicians came and completed the job by 2:30 PM. Showed me step by step everything they did and replaced. They answered all my questions knowledgeably. Best in-home service I have received in a long time. 5 stars.

The crew arrived in less than an hour from the time I called. They got my misaligned and stuck door down with ease. At the same time, I got an estimate for a new door and opener. The whole process was fast and stress free.

Fast and efficient estimate and quick service was great. That makes it easier to accept the estimate charges which I was not expecting. I think that charge should go away when you agree to the service contract. However the tech did a great job and would recommend this company.

Response time was incredible!! Spring broke at 9:30 am - all repairs complete before 2 pm. Greg and Christian were professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions. I would have no reservations recommending Precision to anyone with a garage door problem. My neighbor referred me. 5 star service.

William came last week to give us an estimate on a new garage door. After looking at it, he said ours was in great shape and really only needed some parts to be replaced to bring it back to life. That saved us thousands right there. Today, Nick and his team did the work. In and out in under 2 hours and when they left, we have basically a brand new garage door. Highly recommend these guys.

My garage door was not working I contacted these guys and within one hour I had a technician/consultant at my door. My springs needed to be changed and my motor was giving up on me. They gave me a great offer on a new opener with two remotes and a key pad , springs, rollers , cables basically changed everything besides the door and the rails. Couple of hours after the consultant left, Todd the Technissian arrived. Todd knew what he was doing he was fast accurate and clean. Within couple of hours he was done. Now when I operate my garage door it is so smooth no grinding noise like the old one and no squeaking. Thank you guys for the great job!!!

Very pleased with the initial inspection of work needed to be done and the three levels of repair coverage available to fit the budget. There was definitely no pressure. The technician was very knowledgeable, as he educated this reviewer on what was being done and what I needed to do for maintenance. The company was very prompt and courteous and would recommend it to future customers. Definitely five stars. ***** Joe, Poinciana, FL

I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Precision Garage Door. Starting with the initial call, service was prompt. Rob came to check out our entire system and presented various option packages without any pressure to choose one way or another. He was there within the timeframe told when we set up the appointment. Rob also called as he was getting closer to give me a more exact time of arrival. The same thing occurred with Beau prior to his arrival. Both Rob and Beau were very professional and efficient in their work.
