Scott was very good at explaining what needed to be done. installed new spring and did a tune up on the door. After he was done I was shown all the new parts that were replaced. I would have to give Scott a 5 Star Rating!!!!!

We had unexpected issues with the garage door. We placed the call left a message and our call was returned immediately. We made the appointment for the very next day. The Technician came over. My garage door broke a few days before I was to go out of town. Thank goodness I saw a sticker on the door by a previous owner so I called. I called Precision to get a second estimate to repair three roll up doors. The tech that came out to give us a quote was nearly 1/3 of the cost of what the other company quoted and he said the repair he was quoting was fine and did not need to be worked on at this time. I have found our forever garage door repair company!

Service tech Rob was on time and helped me with my remotes that were not working. He listened to everything I had to say, checked over the entire system, adjusted the sensors near the bottom of the door, reset the remotes, and all is working great. Precision belt driven system is quiet, great investment. System check was thorough and appreciated the next day service.

Bill Do you teach your service people on the phone to say one price (replace 2 springs ) $299 then when the service person comes out $680? I was at my dentist office when they called and said the different price. I told you service guy I was quoted 299. Why 680 oh life time warranty and Home Depot used the wrong parts ( which Home Depot is going to call me back about) My neighbor said your company was great.i had 2 quotes from other companies for $225 to change the springs. Why because I’m a woman would you do this to your mom. My Dentist said don’t let them take advantage of you( the woman in the office said great job Cyndi don’t let them do that). My ending price was $335 because I said yes to a metal washer? The service guy was very polite I just don’t like to be taken advantage of, also waiting for Home Depot to call me back for not doing there job correctly. Garage door was installed 2013
