My chain door opener totally died! I scheduled my appointment via chat and you worked with my schedule. Nick, the tech, actually came out early and explained what I had. It was no longer according to code and very old. He explained the various options available to me explaining the advantages and disadvantages. I cannot believe the difference. NOW my garage door easily glides up & down and is quiet!! No more springs in my garage! Nick is outstanding and explained everything simply while not talking down to me. I will not hesitate to continue to use Precision as needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs/maintenance.

I had a broken spring and a competitor installed two new springs, after installation I noticed the door would shudder upon opening, I called the owner of competing company and he refused to send a technician to check it out but tried to sell me a new door and opener! My handyman recommended Precision door serrvice. The precision technician, Noel, did a complete safety check and quickly diagnosed my problem: the installed springs were the wrong type and would not balance the door. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and professional he gave me several quotes including the basic repair and others with extras to keep my older door in good order for several years to come. A lifetime warranty on all labor and a limited warranty on all new arts was included. I highly recommend Precision's excellent work and business practices.

Wow! What a great experience we just had with your business. Our garage doors had stopped working and we were in a real bind. I found your website via Google and when I called we had a technician to us within the hour! Rob did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in explaining to us what the problem was and how he could fix it for us. He worked tirelessly all day and had our doors working even better than before when he left. It was great that he had everything he needed right on his truck so we didn't have to wait at all. I called Precision at 1 PM and they had a repairman at my house only 3 hours later. He was friendly and knew what to do. Didn't give me the hard sell, but advised me to get an overhaul with a lifetime guarantee. He finished up in a couple hours, lubed the it all up, and showed me how to maintain the door lubrication. It was good to get this resolved quickly and not have to worry about another broken torsion spring, ever.

I had serious issues with my garage door and need help immediately. I called Precision on a Wednesday night, they had Alex out the next day (very versatile scheduling) and was very honest, friendly, professional, and fair with me. Then they had 2 gentlemen out less then 3 hours later to fix my garage. Blake and Mason were so polite and professional! They were done in less then 2 hours. My garage door is like new!! I highly suggest Precision garage doors! You won’t be disappointed. I would rank them as an A++ company.
