While I was very satisfied with the service and the technician I was disappointed that there was no mention of a discount until I received this email within the hour to rate my satisfaction after the job was completed. When I selected the "chat"option to ask about the discount I was told that the customer is supposed to "ask for this at the time of service" but that they would have a manager call me back to see if they could make an adjustment for me. How was I supposed to have asked for a discount at the time of service when I knew nothing about a discount?? And needless to say - no one ever called me back. So for that reason I am only giving them 3 stars. Honesty, trustworthiness and good customer service follow-up are very important to me. I purchased springs, rollers and cable.

Andrew Hecker was my technician. Andrew called before he arrived and pulled up exactly within the time frame that he said he would. Andrew was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he knew what he was doing. I was happy to find you were available on weekends as my problem happened on Saturday afternoon when I discovered the garage door would slowly drop to the floor when I tried to stop it opening up all the way. Your repair man Robert was here within the hour of my call and diagnosed a broken spring which he promptly fixed. I was very satisfied with the service and availability of your company and would not hesitate to contact your office if needed in the future. Thank you for your help.

GREAT GUY. CAME OUT WAS ON TIME CALLED AHEAD AND NEW HIS JOB WELL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN 45 MIN. PREVIOUS COMPANY CHARGED ALOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, MADE IT WORSE AND WANTED TO SELL US NEW DOOR OPENER FOR $900.00 AND IN 15 MIN WITH MY HUSBAND SAYING NO SAID OH I CAN BRING IT DOWN TO $700.00! Highly recommend Precision and Andrew Hecker! Having not known the first thing about garage doors I was stumped when mine stopped working. I called Precision and was able to schedule a service call the next morning. Andrew was friendly and incredibly informative about the issues at hand. He stressed the importance of safety and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Before his departure he brought to my attention a potential safety hazard in my garage that was unrelated to the garage door. The BEST!!! My old opener ground down and fell apart with pieces flying all over. They came right out and put in a whole new system in 90 minutes. Fully stocked truck and very professional. Very reasonably priced too. Will recommend them to everyone.

We called at 11:15 on Saturday morning during Memorial Day weekend. We were told a technician could arrive between 12 and 3, but because wee were out shopping asked that they come later, 1-4 pm. The technician, Andrew, called a bit before one. He was knowledgable and helpful. He solved our problem quickly, to our total satisfaction. Ok, he will have to order parts, but the problem was diagnosed and solution is on the way. On time, knowledgable, patient technician, reasonable prices. 5 stars

I have used Precision twice for two different garage door matters. Thank you to Nick for his expertise and knowledge on correcting issues with our garage door. We made the appointment for service call and replacement of the exterior keypad. The issues we were having were discussed in detail and options provided. We did have more work done than was planned but Nick was quick,efficient and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.
