The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night when my wife and I went to back the car out. Sunday morning we went on line to see if anyone serviced garage doors on Sunday,to my surprise Precision Garage did. What is a nice surprise is I chatted write away with Jacob a tech. After chatting with him for a few minutes he let me know that he would be out in just a couple of hours. Needless to say he was out within a half hour and was extremely polite and explained everything. About another half an hour he was finished, and the door has not worked that well in a very long time and was extremely quite. Precision knows what customer service is and definitely shows it in a lot of ways. I will always use them in the future.

While I was very satisfied with the service and the technician I was disappointed that there was no mention of a discount until I received this email within the hour to rate my satisfaction after the job was completed. When I selected the "chat"option to ask about the discount I was told that the customer is supposed to "ask for this at the time of service" but that they would have a manager call me back to see if they could make an adjustment for me. How was I supposed to have asked for a discount at the time of service when I knew nothing about a discount?? And needless to say - no one ever called me back. So for that reason I am only giving them 3 stars. Honesty, trustworthiness and good customer service follow-up are very important to me. I purchased springs, rollers and cable.

I was happy to find you were available on weekends as my problem happened on Saturday afternoon when I discovered the garage door would slowly drop to the floor when I tried to stop it opening up all the way. Your repair man Robert was here within the hour of my call and diagnosed a broken spring which he promptly fixed. Highly recommend Precision and Andrew Hecker! Having not known the first thing about garage doors I was stumped when mine stopped working. I called Precision and was able to schedule a service call the next morning. Andrew was friendly and incredibly informative about the issues at hand. He stressed the importance of safety and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs.
