I have been having garage door problems for over a year. Since October 2018, the problem became chronic and I discontinued using my garage door opener. The door would open while I was away from home! One of my neighbors had used Precision Door Services and encouraged me to contact hem. yesterday, one of their technicians come out to evaluate my problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and how articulate he was. Once he had evaluated the multiple problems I had, I decided to have him make all the repairs. I decided upon a servicing that got me the life-time warranty, as well. It is so good to be able to use my garage and the opener again. Nicholas Faust was very professional. He called 30 min in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the door, even though it was new construction. He is very maticulous like myself so I appreciated it. After he thought he was done, he left and returned with a new motor, only because he heard a small click. My wife said she didn’t even hear it but he did and said “ I don’t want to leave you guys like that” that is (A+) customer service. Doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing. They have my business moving forward.

I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs or new installations. We had a broken torsion spring and a very loud door opener because of the builder putting in an under sized door opener. The best service ever! To my pleasant surprise when I called for service the receptionist answered the phone and greeted me by my name having already identified me by my phone number and previous service call almost 6 years ago. The technician arrived on schedule the next day. He inspected both garage doors and gave me a written estimate (by email) within an hour. He explained the estimate and reviewed the other service calls that Precision had performed over the past ten years most of which I had long ago forgotten. Within a little more than an hour the door springs and cables were replaced, new hinge bolts installed, the hinges were lubricated and the garage door opener adjusted. The technician was cleanly dressed, friendly, knowledgeable and talkative. And most importantly, the garage door now is quiet and operates smoothly. It’s like I had a new garage door Installed! Don

We just wanted to write this to say thank you and we appreciate you!!! At this time of the year, major unexpected repairs can put a real damper on holiday spirits but, we have to admit that although the timing was not great, the satisfaction that we feel with the work that was done does take quite a bit of the sting out. We appreciate that you could schedule us in on the same day and really, really appreciate the work that the your tech Greg did. He did not try to oversell us, he listed our options and allowed us to make the decision that best suited our needs and budget. His attention to detail, the quick work, the professionalism and his courteous manner was amazing. After all was in place, Greg took the time to go over the work done along with what was covered under warranty. He made recommendations on things we could do every so often to keep the door operating smoothly. He also took the time to ensure that the garage was cleaned up after and, he removed all the old parts and any packing material the new parts came in. We feel confident that we will not have any issues with our garage door for years to come. We can't thank Precision Door Service enough and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Precision Door is the best Garage door company ever! My garage door spring broke sometime in the middle of the night. That morning at 530 my daughter had to go to work and I had to manually open the door for her and the car to get out. I called right away and I was scheduled that day.
