I had opener,rollers,springs,cables etc. replaced. A technician came out at 10:00 AM showed me all the trouble sites and quoted me a fair price. At 12:30 PM two technicians came and completed the job by 2:30 PM. Showed me step by step everything they did and replaced. They answered all my questions knowledgeably. Best in-home service I have received in a long time. 5 stars.

Fast and efficient estimate and quick service was great. That makes it easier to accept the estimate charges which I was not expecting. I think that charge should go away when you agree to the service contract. However the tech did a great job and would recommend this company.

Response time was incredible!! Spring broke at 9:30 am - all repairs complete before 2 pm. Greg and Christian were professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions. William came last week to give us an estimate on a new garage door. After looking at it, he said ours was in great shape and really only needed some parts to be replaced to bring it back to life. That saved us thousands right there. Today, Nick and his team did the work. In and out in under 2 hours and when they left, we have basically a brand new garage door. Highly recommend these guys.

My garage door was not working I contacted these guys and within one hour I had a technician/consultant at my door. My springs needed to be changed and my motor was giving up on me. They gave me a great offer on a new opener with two remotes and a key pad , springs, rollers , cables basically changed everything besides the door and the rails. Couple of hours after the consultant left, Todd the Technissian arrived. Todd knew what he was doing he was fast accurate and clean. Within couple of hours he was done. Now when I operate my garage door it is so smooth no grinding noise like the old one and no squeaking. Thank you guys for the great job!!!

I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Precision Garage Door. Starting with the initial call, service was prompt. Rob came to check out our entire system and presented various option packages without any pressure to choose one way or another. He was there within the timeframe told when we set up the appointment. Rob also called as he was getting closer to give me a more exact time of arrival. The same thing occurred with Beau prior to his arrival. Both Rob and Beau were very professional and efficient in their work.

We used precision to replace our garage door opener several years ago. They did a first class job and up graded the roller mechanism--so it worked more smoothly and mitigated the vibration that was causing some minor cracking in the garage ceiling. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a problem with a spring failing today. They came out within hours and replaced the spring free of charge under the warranty- no costs for parts or labor. We are obviously very pleased. 1/25/19

I had an emergency where I was unable to get my truck out of the garage. I didn’t notice that the spring had broken and it was 7pm. Precision was at my door (Noel) at 6:45am the next morning and went above and beyond in terms of the work they did. I was able to make it to work on time and was thrilled with the quaility of service.

We are so pleased with all our dealings with Precision Overhead Door. The office staff, the installers, the repair staff are true professionals. They know the meaning of customer satisfaction and represent their brand at the highest levels. We had a problem with our door not wanting to close. I called expecting to wait a couple of days for service as I was calling mid-afternoon. I was asked if we would be home from 4-6 pm, I replied yes, and was told a repair technician would be there. He called asked if he could arrive early, and our door was totally repaired, with meticulous care and knowledge. We would recommend this Local Company to all. After diagnostics and testing the openers, exterior and interior keypad and springs were all replace free of charge under their lifetime purchase we initially purchased. This was maybe pennies more expensive their competition and well worth it.

We had an issue with our garage door opener. Tyler found that it was just a loose connection on the safety sensors and rewired both sides. The company that installed the door charges an $85 call out fee. Precision only charges $20. Very honest service at a great price.

1/21/19-The garage door had a broken spring and worn out parts. Precision was able to provide same day service, and we were completely happy with the result. The technician Tyler was friendly, extremely professional, and overhauled the old parts in record time. The door is working smoothly now with the Double Torsion Spring Overhaul package he installed, which is exactly what we needed! Don't call anyone else!! We highly recommend this company!

Unexpected level of service! I called around 4:40PM to schedule a garage door opener repair expecting to wait a day or so for service. The friendly service team member got me schedule same day, at no added cost. Nicholas showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but thorough in explanation and options. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I am back to a working garage door with some much needed maintenance care also. Fairly priced, exceptional service and great employees. This is the second time I’ve used Precision and will gladly use them any time I have any issues. Five star encounter. Your technician called and got here early. He was well prepared and did a careful inspection. He explained found problems and showed them to me. He prepared estimates for different scopes of solutions and carefully explained the different choices and expectations I was charged a fee of $20 for coming out as I had been previously informed. Our garage door opener started to fail intermittently. Alex came out and gave us several options for repair and replacement. We decided to replace and add a keypad. Alex was efficient and thorough. Our new opener is so quiet! We are happy with the service and the product.
