Blake arrived on time, called ahead, and had the dopey garage door fixed in 5 minutes. Awesome. Blake had previously refurbished our door two years ago and we've not had a single problem. We are getting an estimate tomorrow for a new door current to wind codes. Pleasure doing business with Precison. One of the few contractors that delivers!! Recommendation: why not post quick fix videos on your website for simple fixes that can be easily Illustrated with a two to three minute video. This mornings fix involved teaching the garage door its route would be a perfect example. Thanks!

We noticed garage door problems today which quickly got noticeably worse. Someone was at our house within two hours after calling Precision. This is to inform the Precision Garage Door company that we (my wife and I) were thoroughly impressed with first how easy it was to get and make an appointment. Secondly, how prompt and not to mention how courteous and personable the technician was (Blake) that was dispatched to provide our service. This gentleman (Blake) was a super professional, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He called to advise us that he had been selected to provide the service on our garage door. Before he performed any service he explained in explicit and easy to understand detail what he was about to perform. He also offered very attractive alternatives to the problems we were experiencing. Kurt was my repair Tec and called before his visit to tell me he was on the way. He told me all about the services offered and explained all my options. He was fast, friendly and professional. During the repairs we had a stranger approach us and we could tell he was not "well".. We had to call the police and Kurt stayed with me until the man was apprehended. Kurt could have left, the bill was paid and he had another job to go to but he stayed and made sure I was safe. He went beyond the call of duty both with the repairs and as a person. I was and am extremely happy with how the service call went and the price was fair.

Called Precision about needing service because my door would not open all the way and they sent over a tech that very same day. The tech (Robert) was very diligent, professional and personable in finding out why this was occurring with the final fix being a change out of rollers, which of course was under warranty. Excellent service from Robert and his company. I feel very fortunate that I picked Precision five years ago for my garage door company. Thank you so very much!
