We are so pleased with all our dealings with Precision Overhead Door. The office staff, the installers, the repair staff are true professionals. They know the meaning of customer satisfaction and represent their brand at the highest levels. We had a problem with our door not wanting to close. I called expecting to wait a couple of days for service as I was calling mid-afternoon. I was asked if we would be home from 4-6 pm, I replied yes, and was told a repair technician would be there. He called asked if he could arrive early, and our door was totally repaired, with meticulous care and knowledge. We would recommend this Local Company to all. After diagnostics and testing the openers, exterior and interior keypad and springs were all replace free of charge under their lifetime purchase we initially purchased. This was maybe pennies more expensive their competition and well worth it.

We had an issue with our garage door opener. Tyler found that it was just a loose connection on the safety sensors and rewired both sides. The company that installed the door charges an $85 call out fee. Precision only charges $20. Very honest service at a great price.

1/21/19-The garage door had a broken spring and worn out parts. Precision was able to provide same day service, and we were completely happy with the result. The technician Tyler was friendly, extremely professional, and overhauled the old parts in record time. The door is working smoothly now with the Double Torsion Spring Overhaul package he installed, which is exactly what we needed! Don't call anyone else!! We highly recommend this company!

Unexpected level of service! I called around 4:40PM to schedule a garage door opener repair expecting to wait a day or so for service. The friendly service team member got me schedule same day, at no added cost. Nicholas showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but thorough in explanation and options. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I am back to a working garage door with some much needed maintenance care also. Fairly priced, exceptional service and great employees. This is a company to use and refer to your friends!

Garage door spring broke first thing in the morning and was able to have a technician to my house within an hour! Great customer service and Mike(the technician) was super nice and friendly. Five star encounter. Your technician called and got here early. He was well prepared and did a careful inspection. He explained found problems and showed them to me. He prepared estimates for different scopes of solutions and carefully explained the different choices and expectations I was charged a fee of $20 for coming out as I had been previously informed. I am well satisfied.

Nicholas Faust was very professional. He called 30 min in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the door, even though it was new construction. He is very maticulous like myself so I appreciated it. After he thought he was done, he left and returned with a new motor, only because he heard a small click. My wife said she didn’t even hear it but he did and said “ I don’t want to leave you guys like that” that is (A+) customer service. Doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs or new installations. We had a broken torsion spring and a very loud door opener because of the builder putting in an under sized door opener.
