Replaced opener that was not working properly. Also replaced spring which they had installed a few years ago. Fixed door so it was balanced properly. Explained me options as I am in my 80's and don't want more than I need. Gave me a Senior discount, a coupon discount, and a lifetime guarantee. Workers were fast, courteous, explained everything well and cleaned up the area. I would recommend them to anyone that needs that type of service.

Their slogan fits their professionalism "Precision door is a name you can trust". It's my first time using their services and all I can say is if you have a problem with your garage door who do you rather have a handyman or an expert? They know their job are very professional and very thorough with recommended repairs to the finish job. Rob came and inspected my door and did a very complete inspection of the parts that were worn out, took pictures and did a very complete inspection. Nick completed the job in a very complete fashion with no mess left behind. When I asked questions he explained everything that was repaired and recommended lubricating intervals of once or twice a year for certain hinges. Highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Our next door neighbor had her garage door repaired by one of your technicians, I believe it was Mike who did the work. His workmanship was outstanding. I asked him if he'd take a look at our door. He did and said he could repair our door that same afternoon. I could not be more pleased. First of all the price was very reasonable. Our door works so well now and is so quiet that I was shocked. After calling another company for a quote on new garage door for an addtion on our proerty it was close to a week befor someone could come out to our home. We had previously done business with this company and they had already installed six doors on our property so we thought they would be our best bet, not so! After the visit by their estimator we were told someone would contact us the next day with the quote. After waiting a week and still no quote I called your company and within two hours your estimator came out gave us a quote and scheduled our install. I am very satatified with your company and seeing we are in the position of recommending other customers I will put your name on my list of contracts to be used in construction of other homes in our area.

I had opener,rollers,springs,cables etc. replaced. A technician came out at 10:00 AM showed me all the trouble sites and quoted me a fair price. At 12:30 PM two technicians came and completed the job by 2:30 PM. Showed me step by step everything they did and replaced. They answered all my questions knowledgeably. William came last week to give us an estimate on a new garage door. After looking at it, he said ours was in great shape and really only needed some parts to be replaced to bring it back to life. That saved us thousands right there. Today, Nick and his team did the work. In and out in under 2 hours and when they left, we have basically a brand new garage door. Highly recommend these guys.

My garage door was not working I contacted these guys and within one hour I had a technician/consultant at my door. My springs needed to be changed and my motor was giving up on me. They gave me a great offer on a new opener with two remotes and a key pad , springs, rollers , cables basically changed everything besides the door and the rails. Couple of hours after the consultant left, Todd the Technissian arrived. Todd knew what he was doing he was fast accurate and clean. Within couple of hours he was done. Now when I operate my garage door it is so smooth no grinding noise like the old one and no squeaking. Thank you guys for the great job!!!

I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Precision Garage Door. Starting with the initial call, service was prompt. Rob came to check out our entire system and presented various option packages without any pressure to choose one way or another. He was there within the timeframe told when we set up the appointment. Rob also called as he was getting closer to give me a more exact time of arrival. The same thing occurred with Beau prior to his arrival. We used precision to replace our garage door opener several years ago. They did a first class job and up graded the roller mechanism--so it worked more smoothly and mitigated the vibration that was causing some minor cracking in the garage ceiling. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a problem with a spring failing today. They came out within hours and replaced the spring free of charge under the warranty- no costs for parts or labor. We are obviously very pleased. 1/25/19

I had an emergency where I was unable to get my truck out of the garage. I didn’t notice that the spring had broken and it was 7pm. Precision was at my door (Noel) at 6:45am the next morning and went above and beyond in terms of the work they did. I was able to make it to work on time and was thrilled with the quaility of service.
