We had a garage door replaced and they did a great job and were finished in a timely manner that they said it would take. The quality is excellent on the garage door. We even had a bolt come loose on a board in the wall a few weeks later but they came back as soon as we called and had it fixed right away.

Andrew came out and within an hour and a half, diagnosed our problem, came up with two solutions and installed the solution we selected, which was a new garage door opener. I read enough reviews to get a good feeling about Precision. I wasn't disappointed. The appointment went just about like others described --- it was confirmed, Jacob arrived exactly when he said he would, the diagnosis was carefully explained to me, several options for repair/replace were explained, the work was professional, and he went the extra mile to caution me and explain how to do certain tasks myself to avoid injury. I've had garage doors for decades and could not have been more pleased with the service and the treatment.

Great Service! The 2 technicians ( Andrew and his assistant ) that came to my house were very professional and walked me through each step as they repaired my garage door. The door needed springs and they went out of their way to make sure they used the right springs for my door. They tuned it up and made some other minor repairs. Now it works fantastic. I would recommend Precision to everyone in need of garage door repairs or replacement.

I called this morning, they setup an appt. for me for this afternoon. Received a called from their tech Kurt and he came on time. Inspected my system and he noted that my present opener was 12 yeas old. So we discussed my options and I chose to replace with a new garage opener. In a couple hours time he was finished putting in my new opener and showed me all the aspects of operating etc. Would recommend them highly. Carole

Our garage door wouldn't go down and Blake diagnosed it as a sensor problem. He found that the track was slightly bent and that was causing the problem. Precidion Door always does a good job. I also like the fact that you notified me of who would be coming to my door--very helpful.

We are very pleased with Precision Door. They installed a new garage door opener and it is so quite you can hardly hear it going up or down. Steve did an excellent job and was very professional and customer friendly. The company was very helpful in completing our issue. The only problem we had is the would not train the opening/closing of the from my car. He installed a transmitter and now it works perfectly. I would recommend them for and repairs on an existing garage door/opener or installing a new one.
