I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. From my phone inquiry, to the estimator visit, to the service technician, everyone was informative, polite, and professional. My torquemaster spring system had broken, so after much research, I decided to convert to a conventional torsion spring system. I opted for the powder coated springs, since they came with a lifetime warranty for the springs and all associated hardware. I discovered Precision Door Service on Angie's list, along with numerous other "A" rated companies. I did make inquiries with several other companies, but found the warranties to be inadequate, even though the phone price quotes were lower than what I ended up paying to Precision Door Service. Additionally, Precicison's website was much more informative about their products and services, including the videos. Though I had wanted same-day or next-day service, I called on a Saturday afternoon and got a Monday morning appointment. By early afternoon Monday, my garage door repair was complete. While I may never need their services again, I definitely will call them if I do.

Garage door was not opening properly. I tried to fix it myself by tightening the cable only to make matters worse. My previous repair with another vendor replaced the motor and springs but didn't replace the rollers and align the tracks or wires. I purchased the package to replace springs, cables, and rollers as they were old. They realigned the tracks and put new springs and rollers. This comes with a lifetime warrenty parts and labor. They also came out on Fathers day when I called them on Saturday, This was an emergency as I could not get my cars our. They did a great job and the door opens quietly and smoothly. It needed an upgrade. Great job.

They came out to replace the the electronic eyes. After an inspection including opening up my garage door system, they showed me where, the motherboard was over heating and I saw where it was changing color from the over heating , at that point we discussed my options and that's when I choose to replace with a new belt driven system. Within 2 hours , my system was replaced by very professional installer. The Garage door opener was a great purchase for me not only for my safety but for security too. Precision charges only a 20.00 trip charge to come out. It is worth it! So satisfied with the completion of the job. Tyler and Dennis are great employees. Precision also give seniors a discount! I needed an opener and had already decided that I wanted a belt drive, wi-fi model. However, after meeting with Tyler, who performed a thorough inspection of my garage door, I was alerted that I needed other parts replaced and additional services as well. Tyler, showed me all the deficiencies, and also laid out a number of opener and repair options. It should be understood that this was not a sales pitch. It was an educational dialogue that empowered me to make an informed decision based on my needs and budget. After authorizing repairs, Mason, the installer arrived in a timely manner, and did an outstanding job performing all the work my door needed. Like Tyler, Mason, was an experienced professional, skilled at his his trade, that worked efficiently through what can be summed up as an overhaul to my garage door. Previous garage repairs by a competitor, proved to be inferior and were remedied by the Precision Team. I would like to say that because my garage door was still functioning, I had the luxury of shopping around and doing some comparison shopping. This company was not the least expensive but they weren’t the most expensive either. However, that being said, I will add that this company stands at the top on various levels so when you get to the bottom line they may be less expensive than their competitors because they go the extra mile to meet and, at least in my case, exceed expectations. They did everything I requested and met all timelines they promised. My garage door is whisper quiet and rolls so smooth it is hard to believe it’s the same door. In the end, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience which was a necessary evil. Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn't open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.

After the gear drive shaft on my opener broke and the chain sagged down, I gave Precision a call because I had a small flyer that I had saved in my file. True to their word, they were here the same day, did a complete inspection of my door plus the operator then provided me with a detailed summary of what needed to be done. I then discussed which items would be needed right away and we then agreed on the cost to do the repair. As it was late in the day & I was not in a rush, Precision came the very next morning, installed the necessary parts, made all the travel adjustments and got everything working perfectly again. I was impressed with their professionalism in getting the 14 year old operator running again. I would use them again in a heartbeat !
