We prayed for about 4 months for the right garage door company to do an overhaul on our 20 yr old garage door. While my sister in Christ was praying for me, Precision popped up on her computer. The same thing happened the next day! I called. And from the initial call to the technician pulling away, I was totally impressed. Talk about professional! Tyler gave me several options to allow for budget constraints, explaining everything thoroughly. Mason was over the top in going over all that he had done. Everything as promised. No surprises. Plus never before has the owner of the company with whom I was doing business email me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision. The work done was a complete overhaul and all products listed below were purchased. Opening and closing of garage door is barely audible!

Once again Percision delivers. After 13 years between service calls, the service hasn’t changed a bit. I had an appointment scheduled with Scott between 4-6pm, he actually called and informed me he would be about 20 mins early, unfortunately I couldn’t get off and home any sooner than 4pm. Once I arrived Scott wasn’t rude or obnoxious because of waiting 20 mins, he was very pleasant and helpful in diagnosing the problem with the garage door. Scott gave me a few options relative to the repairs and made the repairs in about an hour. My 22 year old garage is operating quietly and smoothly again. Would certainly do business with again.

The first technician arrived within the window of time that I was told. He reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate for the garage door repair. I accepted it and the 2nd tech. who actually did the work arrived pretty quickly. They did a garage door overhaul installing 2 new springs where there was one originally. The gentleman was done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. He knew what he was doing and answered any question that I had. I would call them again if I need them in the future.

I've used Precision in the past to repair my garage door in our home and they did a fantastic job. Worth the money. Since that time, we moved into a new home which had old garage door springs which I decided to have replaced before they broke. I called Precision to come out and just replace the springs. That’s all I wanted for now. When the first technician arrived, Alex, he first did a 25-point inspection which involved taking apart the motor box and checking everything inside. Well after doing so, the motor stopped working. It was working fine before he did the inspection. Alex couldn’t figure out why it was acting up and just assumed that due to its age, I needed a new motor. He then proceeded to give me replacement options for a new motor which of course, I was not yet prepared to purchase. So the motor was rendered useless, leaving it worse than before he arrived. This was frustrating to me since all I wanted was to replace the old and rusty springs! Now I was left with a non-working garage door opener. Then Alex told me that a 2nd technician, Mason, would be coming out in 15 minutes to replace the springs and rollers. Mason did the job and it really looks great. And for that, I give them 4 stars. But the fact that they left my motor useless got me frustrated. So the next day, I called another garage door repair company called "#1 Garage Door" to come out and take a look at it. Within 5 minutes, the technician (Ron) found that the tech from Precision (Alex) reversed the open limit and close limit cables. The tech from "#1 Garage Door" switched the cables, and now my garage door works perfectly again. But I had to pay another fee to have "#1 Garage Door" come out fix the mistake Precision made. I’m sorry, Precision, but my latest experience was not the best because of this incident. I usually give 5-star reviews, but I just can’t this time. I’m going to be calling Precision on Monday to see if they can reimburse me the charge that I had to pay #1 Garage Door ($47.25) due to Precision’s mistake.

Could not have been more satisfied with the service from Precision. Contacted Precision on a Friday morning & made the appointment for the next morning Saturday. Rob came out & evaluated my door system & made the exact recommendations that I expected him to make. Springs, rollers, & opener replacement was completed that same day by Stephen. It was a "breath of fresh air" to have a company actually deliver as advertised through out the entire process. Great Job & Thank You!!!! Wow wow wow! Precision is the best! My garage door spring etc broke on Saturday morning and Precision had it completely repaired by 6:00 pm Saturday night! They are professional, courteous and the price was sooooo reasonable! No extra charge for an emergency or weekend! These are the people to use for all garage door repairs and installations!
