Precision Door sent technicians Jason & Matt to install my new garage door & they were punctual (glad that they arrived earlier than scheduled). I was impressed with these technicians with their work ethic being very organized in preparing the job to be done & throughout the installation that when installation was completed the entire area was cleaned & they just needed to put away their tools used for the job. We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. The techs were efficient and cleaned up after the installation, as well as instructing us on usage and features. Thank you!
