Recently had my new garage door installed by Precision and I'm very happy with both the looks and how smooth and quiet the door is. I was impressed with the whole service from making the first appointment, the prompt and clear way they communicated and the installers who answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and certainly look forward to using the company in terms of ongoing servicing of my garage doors in the future. Austin Brubaker was excellent. Very friendly, professional and did a great job. The only criticism is directed towards the company itself because they sent him by himself. Our door was an old wood door and very heavy. It took him a long time having to do it all by himself. The company should’ve sent someone to accompany him for this job. He could’ve easily hurt himself by having to lift those heavy wood panels all by himself.

Just had my new garage door opener installed and I am loving it. The door matches my front door and I do not have to repaint it. There is little to no noise when the door opens and they were completely finished installing in three hours. They came at 2:00pm and were putting up the tools back on their truck by 5:15 pm. Techs Roland and Sopheak are competent, professional, and "neighborly." When Roland came for the estimate, he listened intently to what we found problematic with our contractor-grade door. He then walked us through what would be done to make our problems disappear. I asked why we wouldn't just put in a new door on multiple occasions, and he answered, "Because you don't need a new door." Integrity! The crew was very conscientious about explaining what was done . . . and we could sense a degree of pride in his work. As we all stood back and looked at the finished work - what I call a ground-up mod, Roland asked if expectations were met, and we said - NOI! They were exceeded. We spent a good portion of the next hour just opening and closing the door . . . and hearing no vibrations or sounds. Wow!
