Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.

The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager's OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.

Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They presented me with three repair options and didn't try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Called for a quote @ 8am and the sales rep was here by 9:30am. After receiving the quote, I gave them the go ahead. By 12pm the service techs had arrived and by 3pm the new garage door was installed. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!
