Called for a quote @ 8am and the sales rep was here by 9:30am. After receiving the quote, I gave them the go ahead. By 12pm the service techs had arrived and by 3pm the new garage door was installed. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

The garage door that had a broken spring had repairs and the motor upgraded and is now WHISPER quiet! I can barely hear the door now...amazing quality and skill!
