We previously used Precision Door service about 8+ years ago. So, when one of garage door springs broke last week we gave them a call. Their technician, William Roberts, came late that same afternoon to take care of us. William was professional, helpful, explained our options, cost and everything he did. This is our 2nd experience with Precision Door and have been very happy with their service both times.

My wife and I had sudden trouble with all our remotes and keypad. We suspected a short in our system, and called Precision. Jonathon showed up the next day on time, evaluated our current opener, suggested a replacement opener, and completed the install in the estimated time (2 hours). He was terrific, and he did a nice job explaning the features and cleaning up after his install. I would recommend Jonathon to anyone with a garage door problem.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour of the time I called and actually the technician called within 5 minutes and said he was on his way. So within 30 minutes of my call my garage was being worked on. The tech did a great job of explaining my options and helping to determine the most cost effective way to go. I wanted to write and thank you guys for the positive experience of my last service call. Bill recognized my door trouble as a simple part defect and got it fixed quickly. He also fixed a nagging sensor problem that prior service techs had been unable to figure out. In the end, I decided to have you guys install a keypad based on Bill's honesty and helpfulness. After looking at my old garage door opener (Craftsman), Blake informed me that I would need a new one because it wouldn't be worthwhile to fix my old one. I asked and he informed me about the Precision garage door opener and it's lifetime warranty. I spent more than I planned but the lifetime warranty sold me. Blake also advised me of other options (up selling) that were available to to make my garage door operate better. I was completely satisfied with the service and Blake is an example to his peers and the company.

Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Purchased replacement garage door opener, "Precision Garage Door Opener Model PDS800" to replace worn out LiftMaster that was in place since 2005. The new Precision PDS800, out of the box, did not function properly (tech had problem programming). Thus, another 'new' out-of-the box unit was installed. Product is "Made in China". I would urge Precision to sell, to maximum extent possible, "Made in America" products (where available). Tech was knowledgeable and responded well to my questions. Major issue is that there was no specification sheet to accompany new opener. I would like to know what the new unit horsepower rating is, and more about the product purchased under the name of "Precision"
