Garage door was not closing all the way. I liked the appointment process where they give you a 3 hour window to perform the work, but arrive at the scheduled start time. My technician (Dylan) called me prior to the appointment time and said he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem (sensors were not staying aligned) and recommended replacements. This was completed quickly and the problem was solved. He also checked out my garage door and springs for any issues and lubricated the hinges. The cost for the visit/repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed and I would highly recommend Precision Door to my friends.

How refreshing to have a company say they will be at the house between 5 and 8 pm and they show up at 4:55 on the SAME day you call!! Our tech clearly explained the operating points of our door and provided the info we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Our door needed new springs. He not only replaced the springs but ensured the other parts of the door were operating correctly. He was prompt, courteous, personable and professional. He made quick work of the repairs.
