Extremely pleased with the expert repair of our garage door. One of the springs was broken and the estimator pointed out several other items that were showing wear, which we agreed to have done. They now have another satisfied customer who will refer business to them.

Precision did an outstanding job at our home a few years ago. Don't remember being offered for our senior status or our 30 year service to the Army. That aside, your quality is why you were recommended to do our daughter's door. Please take great pride and recognition for Blake and Tyler. Both individuals were professional, personable in every interaction. This effort reinforced why our selection of Precision was absolutely correct. Thank you for a first class job.

I search on line, and I pick your company based on your BBB rating. The technician carefully explain my options, and what was going to be done based on my decision. After the job was complete, he informed me the things I need to do for maintenance to keep my door running smoothly. We love the quietness of the door, and the helpful attitude of the technician for programing our cars. Take care and God Bless your technician.

Had Blake sent out who helped get my door up and running again. He made sure to try to make it as snug as a bug since I was having rodent issues and was not sure if it was a way of passage for them. Blake was both professional and super down to earth. Would hire him every time.

Precision Door Service gets one star instead of zero stars because they did send a technician out quickly to look at our garage door opener which had suddenly quit working. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable about garage door openers in general, but he told me that our current opener - not a brand they install - was not repairable and tried to sell us an entirely new package for about $500. I did some research on line and found the part needed to fix our unit for under $10 from Amazon. My husband read the manual on our unit and repaired the broken screw drive in less than 2 hours. It is working beautifully now! I'm not sure if the technician was just unfamiliar with our type of opener or it is common company practice to up-sell products and services, but I can't recommend Precision based on my experience.
