The first technician arrived within the window of time that I was told. He reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate for the garage door repair. I accepted it and the 2nd tech. who actually did the work arrived pretty quickly. They did a garage door overhaul installing 2 new springs where there was one originally. The gentleman was done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. He knew what he was doing and answered any question that I had. I would call them again if I need them in the future.

Wow wow wow! Precision is the best! My garage door spring etc broke on Saturday morning and Precision had it completely repaired by 6:00 pm Saturday night! They are professional, courteous and the price was sooooo reasonable! No extra charge for an emergency or weekend! These are the people to use for all garage door repairs and installations! My garage door was not working I contacted these guys and within one hour I had a technician/consultant at my door. My springs needed to be changed and my motor was giving up on me. They gave me a great offer on a new opener with two remotes and a key pad , springs, rollers , cables basically changed everything besides the door and the rails. Couple of hours after the consultant left, Todd the Technissian arrived. Todd knew what he was doing he was fast accurate and clean. Within couple of hours he was done. Now when I operate my garage door it is so smooth no grinding noise like the old one and no squeaking. Thank you guys for the great job!!!

1/21/19-The garage door had a broken spring and worn out parts. Precision was able to provide same day service, and we were completely happy with the result. The technician Tyler was friendly, extremely professional, and overhauled the old parts in record time. The door is working smoothly now with the Double Torsion Spring Overhaul package he installed, which is exactly what we needed! Don't call anyone else!! We highly recommend this company!

Unexpected level of service! I called around 4:40PM to schedule a garage door opener repair expecting to wait a day or so for service. The friendly service team member got me schedule same day, at no added cost. Nicholas showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but thorough in explanation and options. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I am back to a working garage door with some much needed maintenance care also. Fairly priced, exceptional service and great employees. This is a company to use and refer to your friends!

I have been having garage door problems for over a year. Since October 2018, the problem became chronic and I discontinued using my garage door opener. The door would open while I was away from home! The best service ever! To my pleasant surprise when I called for service the receptionist answered the phone and greeted me by my name having already identified me by my phone number and previous service call almost 6 years ago. The technician arrived on schedule the next day. He inspected both garage doors and gave me a written estimate (by email) within an hour. He explained the estimate and reviewed the other service calls that Precision had performed over the past ten years most of which I had long ago forgotten. Within a little more than an hour the door springs and cables were replaced, new hinge bolts installed, the hinges were lubricated and the garage door opener adjusted. The technician was cleanly dressed, friendly, knowledgeable and talkative. And most importantly, the garage door now is quiet and operates smoothly. It’s like I had a new garage door Installed! Don

My chain door opener totally died! I scheduled my appointment via chat and you worked with my schedule. Nick, the tech, actually came out early and explained what I had. It was no longer according to code and very old. He explained the various options available to me explaining the advantages and disadvantages. I cannot believe the difference. NOW my garage door easily glides up & down and is quiet!! No more springs in my garage! Nick is outstanding and explained everything simply while not talking down to me. I had serious issues with my garage door and need help immediately. I called Precision on a Wednesday night, they had Alex out the next day (very versatile scheduling) and was very honest, friendly, professional, and fair with me. Then they had 2 gentlemen out less then 3 hours later to fix my garage. Blake and Mason were so polite and professional! They were done in less then 2 hours. My garage door is like new!!
