I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. From my phone inquiry, to the estimator visit, to the service technician, everyone was informative, polite, and professional. My torquemaster spring system had broken, so after much research, I decided to convert to a conventional torsion spring system. I opted for the powder coated springs, since they came with a lifetime warranty for the springs and all associated hardware. I discovered Precision Door Service on Angie's list, along with numerous other "A" rated companies. I did make inquiries with several other companies, but found the warranties to be inadequate, even though the phone price quotes were lower than what I ended up paying to Precision Door Service. Additionally, Precicison's website was much more informative about their products and services, including the videos. Though I had wanted same-day or next-day service, I called on a Saturday afternoon and got a Monday morning appointment. By early afternoon Monday, my garage door repair was complete. While I may never need their services again, I definitely will call them if I do.

They came out to replace the the electronic eyes. After an inspection including opening up my garage door system, they showed me where, the motherboard was over heating and I saw where it was changing color from the over heating , at that point we discussed my options and that's when I choose to replace with a new belt driven system. Within 2 hours , my system was replaced by very professional installer. The Garage door opener was a great purchase for me not only for my safety but for security too. Precision charges only a 20.00 trip charge to come out. It is worth it! So satisfied with the completion of the job. Tyler and Dennis are great employees. Precision also give seniors a discount! When making contact with Precision customer service operator for emergency repair service (our garage door collapsed when closing, garage door cable out of pulleys, rollers popped out of track) their customer service operator was courteous, professional, and understanding in the urgency off our situation. Precision garage door service was prompt in responding to our emergency repair (within 30 minutes of our phone call), receiving a follow-up phone call from the technicians that provided us with a response time of 20 minutes. Precission is a 24/7 operation and it was highly recommended by our neighbor. Door replaced in 2015 Keypad battery tab broken, no longer working Came out and replaced with a new keypad. Haven't had to change battery yet, so not sure how long this one will last. Overall, greatly satisfied.

We had a sudden broken spring very late in the afternoon, could not raise our door and needed immediate attention to attend a important medical appointment the next morning. We called Precision, Jessica connected with her technician who called back in 5 minutes and was at our house within 45 minutes. Not only did I have a broken spring, but many of the door parts were worn out. I was quickly given multiple options for repairs with prices. I agreed to full restoration of the entire system along with a completely new top of the line system with a lifetime guarantee. The first technician arrived within the window of time that I was told. He reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate for the garage door repair. I accepted it and the 2nd tech. who actually did the work arrived pretty quickly. They did a garage door overhaul installing 2 new springs where there was one originally. The gentleman was done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. He knew what he was doing and answered any question that I had. I would call them again if I need them in the future.

Wow wow wow! Precision is the best! My garage door spring etc broke on Saturday morning and Precision had it completely repaired by 6:00 pm Saturday night! My garage door was not working I contacted these guys and within one hour I had a technician/consultant at my door. My springs needed to be changed and my motor was giving up on me. They gave me a great offer on a new opener with two remotes and a key pad , springs, rollers , cables basically changed everything besides the door and the rails. Couple of hours after the consultant left, Todd the Technissian arrived. Todd knew what he was doing he was fast accurate and clean. Within couple of hours he was done. Now when I operate my garage door it is so smooth no grinding noise like the old one and no squeaking. Thank you guys for the great job!!!

1/21/19-The garage door had a broken spring and worn out parts. Precision was able to provide same day service, and we were completely happy with the result. The technician Tyler was friendly, extremely professional, and overhauled the old parts in record time. Unexpected level of service! I called around 4:40PM to schedule a garage door opener repair expecting to wait a day or so for service. The friendly service team member got me schedule same day, at no added cost. Nicholas showed up on time and was not only friendly and professional, but thorough in explanation and options. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I am back to a working garage door with some much needed maintenance care also. Fairly priced, exceptional service and great employees. I have been having garage door problems for over a year. Since October 2018, the problem became chronic and I discontinued using my garage door opener. The door would open while I was away from home! The best service ever! To my pleasant surprise when I called for service the receptionist answered the phone and greeted me by my name having already identified me by my phone number and previous service call almost 6 years ago. The technician arrived on schedule the next day. He inspected both garage doors and gave me a written estimate (by email) within an hour. He explained the estimate and reviewed the other service calls that Precision had performed over the past ten years most of which I had long ago forgotten. Within a little more than an hour the door springs and cables were replaced, new hinge bolts installed, the hinges were lubricated and the garage door opener adjusted. The technician was cleanly dressed, friendly, knowledgeable and talkative. And most importantly, the garage door now is quiet and operates smoothly. It’s like I had a new garage door Installed! Don

My chain door opener totally died! I scheduled my appointment via chat and you worked with my schedule. Nick, the tech, actually came out early and explained what I had. It was no longer according to code and very old. He explained the various options available to me explaining the advantages and disadvantages. I cannot believe the difference. NOW my garage door easily glides up & down and is quiet!! No more springs in my garage! Nick is outstanding and explained everything simply while not talking down to me.
