I called Precision to get a second estimate to repair three roll up doors. The tech that came out to give us a quote was nearly 1/3 of the cost of what the other company quoted and he said the repair he was quoting was fine and did not need to be worked on at this time. I have found our forever garage door repair company!

I placed an emergency call to Precision around 7:00 pm on Sunday evening. My garage door would not open and our vehicles were locked inside. They were not able to respond that evening but I was assured a Technician would be out at 7:00 am Monday morning. I was very pleased with the service I received. The Technician was at my house as promised and I was able to get my granddaughter to school on time. The Technician was very professional and courteous. Another satisfied customer.

Decided to insulate my garage door so I could cool it with a portable AC and work there in the afternoons. I purchased the insulation from HD, installed it and it looked great, until I closed the door and stressed the springs. Call Precision the next morning. They arrived before 10 and by that afternoon the springs were upgraded, door brought up to code for hurricanes and I sprung for an electrical door opener. I absolutely love it. Wish I had done it years ago. When its easy to use, you use it more. I have asked them to do the same at my office. I highly recommend them.

We were impressed that we reached a live person on Sunday night to schedule our emergency repair and you were able to come out the next morning. We needed a complete overhaul of the garage door and the repair was done under your lifetime warranty without question. Chris was very professional and did a great job. The door is working better than ever. He even returned quickly, when we called back, to check out a problem with the opener that cropped up after he left. Would recommend your company and service to anyone.

Great install. Great technician. Biggest issue is WiFi for garage door has terrible ratings and is impossible to get to work correctly. Ratings totally show it so I think you should carry a better WiFi capable product and make sure you are carrying best products available.

i felt this was a sales call not a service call! the tech was nice but pushed selling! and gave excuses. i needed a spring adjustment and tried to tell me springs two years old can go bad or be broken. tried to sell me a new door opener that started @ $400 and up. i know i had issues with my opener and the people who made it (still under warranty ) told me the parts i needed to fix it and was the ones to advise of the spring adjustment.

My garage doors were a mess. Different codes, different remotes. One would open but not close. The other had a bad back up battery and worn parts. Precision door came out quick. They walked me through every step of the process and completed my repairs on the spot. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone and everyone. I wish I would have called sooner.

Called early in the morning on Memorial Day May 28th, 2018 and was able to set an appointment for a technician to arrive between 10:30 am -12:00 noon. At approx. 9:15am, the technician, Ryan called and said he would be able to make it at 9:45am if that was ok, of which I replied that it was. Ryan arrived at that precise time. Ryan the technician was outstanding. Knowledgable, customer oriented and sensitive to our needs. Gave us all the options and explained each in detail, allowing us to make an informed decision. The quality and efficiency of the repair was second to none and we are so grateful to have been able to do business with such a great company. Should we ever have any needs again for our garage door we will definitely be calling Precision again.
