I had a problem of the garage door making a very loud noise once it hits the concrete floor.Tech Eric assessed and found out that the spring was not the right one for my heavy garage and in addition the cables are worn out. Those were replaced after him explaining.Satisfied with the service. He is polite and knowledgeable.

A friend recommended Precision. The technician introduced himself (Jerrod), I explained what I wanted. He explained he needed about 20 minutes to review the everything and prepare and estimate. He finished in about 20 minutes, explained each option to my satisfaction. The estimated were emailed, and I had a chance to review my options later in the day. Very pleasant experience!

This is the second time (on separate residences) I’ve used Precision. They are extremely professional and the service has been scheduled the day after I called. The service techs always arrive on time and are wonderful at explaining the needed repair and showing the worn or broken parts. I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of either. I have been impressed by Precision for years and they don't disappoint! We had a spring installed by precision in 2013 and had a lifetime warranty, it recently snapped and they came out and replaced it no charge! A company that stands by their work....amazing! while they were there I had them replace our old garage door opener, Nick and Blake did a superb job, they were early than expected, which is always great in my book. They were very professional guys, very respectful and went above and beyond. We did have trouble hooking up the wifi on the opener and we did not resolve it that day but the follow up from Tim, one of the managers was incredible and timely. A Linear opener experienced Tech named Scott came out and with a little effort got the wifi up and running.....you all continue to 'wow' me, I am a precision door customer for life and will highly recommend you! thank you and don't change your customer focus.

We absolutely love our Insulaated Precision garage door and opener. It operates so quietly, our dog doesn’t hear us when we are coming home until we open house door. Not Happy with this Overpriced Door or the installation. it's a leaker! Damaged my Door opener upon installation. Extremely Noisy. and they tape the chain links together with electrical tape. Threshold weather-strip already curling up after 2 weeks of limited use. Poor Supplier and Customer service.

The service was very good and reliable. I called in the morning and by noon the door man showed up for service. The gentleman performed a check up on the garage door and pinpointed the key problems the door was having and what it was doing to the garage door opener. Within two hours he was able to fix the door and install a new opener. Great Service.
