I looked up the local repair companies and Precision had good reviews. There is a reason for this. I called at 7am after President's Day and got an appt. Between 8am & 11am. Andrew my tech called at 7:30am. He was courteous, professional and proficient. He assessed and gave me my options. Never pushed for extra work. What a relief.

Starting with the availability of a personal, knowledgeable person accepting my Saturday afternoon call and scheduling an appointment for today (Feb. 13) through the completion of the service provided by technician Tom Scott, I was totally pleased with my experience with Precision. Tom was extremely professional and demonstrated a commitment to excellence in replacing our openers and making sure the 30 year old doors operated like new. As he was completing the project he noticed a flaw in one of the new openers. Although late in the day, he did not hesitate to replace it to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product.
