I really appreciated that, even though it was after 5 pm on a Friday when my garage door broke, I was able to have it fixed that same night. Hector was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be repaired on my garage door. I was so grateful that he had all the parts on hand that needed to be replaced and was able to repair everything in one visit. I have already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors who has a broken garage door!

The night before I leave for vacation and the springs pop on my garage door. In an attempt to fix it myself I almost became a one of those statistics of people in the emergency room because of garage door accidents! Called around to several places and got nowhere (one guy even told me he does emergency work... "but not today"). I found Precision, got someone immediately on the phone (thank you Ashley!) and Kalip was out to my house within an hour. Very friendly and professional and did a great job. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needed it. Thanks so much for the great service!

In 2004 I had precision fix the spring on my door. The tech recommended an overhaul of the door due to the age. It came with a Life Time Guaranty of all parts and labor. Yesterday the spring broke and they came out within 3 hours of my call and way earlier that the appt.time. When I showed the tech my receipt from 2004 with the Warranty, he said no problem. He replaced both springs and there was truly no charge. I will always do business with a company like Precision that stands by it's warranty, no questions asked and no hassle. This is truly a great company.

I needed service on an issue with the garage door not closing properly and leaving a gap on one side. Jeff was sent to service the door and he found the problem right away, fix it and noticed the rollers were not working properly, after taking a closer look we found the rollers to be worn out and causing the door to make a lot of noise and the motor to work extra hard. I decided to have them replaced and now the door works like new. I like to thank Jeff for his professionalism and a job well done.

On time, professional, AND the sweetest service person I've ever had at this house! Explained, showed me the broken and weakening pieces, recommended repairs, WITH options if I didn't want to do all at once, all without making me feel like an inferior! He even apologized for having to charge me labor on my lifetime parts, which I totally expected anyway! Have no qualms about recommending your company!

My door was in pretty bad shape, and I couldn't even open it manually. I recently bought a new Mustang convertible, so I want it INSIDE the garage, not out. Justin came over and fixed the door and it works great now. Justin showed up on time, and did great work. If I ever have any other problems, I'll call Precision again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Sunday that I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning, between 8-10. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he was minutes away.I was concerned he would be able to repair the door. Cables had snapped, rollers had flown off,the door looked bad. He took a survey of the situation and reassured me that he in fact could repair the door. In a short amount of time the garage door was up and running. I want to thank everyone at Precision Door Service for the professional and very prompt service I received.

Your technician came and did a great job not only fixing my sprung garage door, but replacing springs and tuning my door so that it now works better than when it was first installed. From the first appointment for the estimate, Tom Weaver was professional and patient in explaining to me your product. I did not feel pressure in choosing Precision, he said he would call me in a couple of days if I needed to further research your product. He did and the first thing he asked me if I had any questions. I told him no and that I decided to go with your company. He set the appointment and called before he arrived. I had a service call on my door opener. John was scheduled to come between Noon and 2PM. He called me prior to coming. He asked me if I was ready for him. And came promptly at Noon. I appreciated that courtesy. He was knowledgable of his work. He explained what he had to do. And the door opener now functions 100%.

The 1st thing I would mention is what a surprise to get a real person,on a Sunday, answer the phone. Then was told someone could be there that afternoon. John Winkler was courteous, efficent, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the work at hand. He was very aware of the quality of work he wanted to perform.

DEAR SCOTT, I HAD TWO SERVICES DONE BY PRECISION. THE FIRST ONE WAS ON JULY 17,2012 TO REPLACE MY BOTTOM WEATHER STRIP OF MY GARAGE. THAT TECHNICIAN WAS "WILLIAM ROBERTS" WITH HIS TRAINEE "MICHAEL YOUNG" MY APOINTMENT WAS FOR 6-8PM THAT EVENING OF THE 17TH. "WILLIAM ROBERTS" AND HIS TRAINEE ARRIVED EARLY TO MY HOME. ARRIVING EARLY IS A GOOD THING, HOWEVER I REQUESTED THROUGH THE OFFICE WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT TO CALL BEFORE ARRIVING. THIS DID NOT HAPPEND. AFTER MEETING "WILLIAM ROBERTS" AND HIS TRAINEE "MICHAEL YOUNG" I GOT A SENSE THAT I WAS DEALING WITH PROFESSIONALS. MR. WILLIAMS SHOWED ME AND EXPLAINED TO ME THE TYPE OF WEATHER STRIPS THAT PRECISON USES.AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW WEATHER STRIP, HE DID HIS INSPECTION ON ALL THE PARTS OF MY GARAGE. THERE WAS A BROKEN BRACKET THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MR. WILLIAMS SAID SOME WORDS LIKE "OH THAT LOOKS LIKE AN OLD PART, LETS SEE IF I CAN FIND ANY IN MY TRUCK" NOT THE WORDS YOU WANT TO USE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR MAKING A FIRST IMPRESSION. AFTER LOOKING HE FOUND A BRACKET AND REPLACED IT. WHILE MR. WILLIAMS WAS FINISHING UP, HIS TRAINEE WAS HELPFUL IN SPRAYING DOWN SOME OF THE PARTS WITH SILICON FOR PROTECTION AGAINST RUST. MR. "MICHAEL YOUNG" WAS VERY IMFORMATIVE ON ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS SPRAYING AND FOR WHAT REASON. IM SURE HE WILL DO GOOD WHEN HE'S ON HIS OWN. I BELIEVE FIRST IMPRESSION'S TELL YOU HOW THAT COMPANY WORKS AS PROFESSIONALS OF THERE CRAFT AND HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. THOUGH I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE BEGINING OF THE SERVICE. MR."WILLIAM ROBERTS" DID NOT FINISH STRONG TO THE END. AFTER THE SERVICE WAS DONE AND THEY LEFT, I FOUND MYSELF DOING A QUICK INSPECTION AND FOUND HAND PRINTS ON THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE DOOR(WHICH I HAD TO WIPE DOWN-NOT GOOD)THERE WAS ALSO A FEW SCREWS,OLD NAILS,WASHERS,THAT WERE FROM THE OLD WEATHER STRIP AND BROKEN BRACKET PARTS. EVEN A SMALL WRENCH TOOL LEFT BEHIND. AFTER CLEANING UP THOSE THINGS I HAD A LITTLE DOUBT THAT EVERYTHING WAS A OKAY. WELL THE NEXT MORNING WHEN INPECTING THE OUTSIDE GARAGE DOOR, I NOTICED A BIG GAP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY GARAGE DOOR, WHICH WAS NOT THERE BEFORE PRECISION HAD ARRIVED. AFTER CALLING YOUR OFFICE RIGHT AWAY AND EXPLAINING TO THE OPERATOR THE PROBLEM, THEY SET UP A TECH.I BELIEVE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HECTOR RIOS BUT INSTEAD I GOT A CALL FROM "RYAN HOMAN" THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE THE TECH. COMING TO LOOK AT IT. #1- HE CALLED IN ADVANCE - THAT'S GOOD. AFTER MEETING RYAN AND EXPLAINING HIM THE PROBLEM, HE PICKED OUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. RYAN EXPLAINED TO ME THE WRONG TYPE OF BRACKET WAS INSTALLED WHERE THE PREVIOUS BROKEN BRACKET WAS REPLACED BY "WILLIAM ROBERTS" SO WITHOUT HESITATION MR. "RYAN HOMAN" CORRECTED AND REPLACED IT WITH THE "RIGHT" TYPE OF BRACKET. EVEN CHECKED FOR THAT GAP AFTERWARDS. THE GAP WAS NOT THERE ANYMORE. AFTER TALKING WITH RYAN I WAS GLAD HE WAS THE TECH. THAT SHOWED UP. MR. RYAN ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, GIVING ME A PEACE OF MIND. AFTERWARDS HE WAS INPECTING MY GARAGE EVEN MORE AND RECOMENDED A "VINYL TRIM KIT" FOR MY GARAGE DOOR. EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT IT'S PURPOSE IS AND EVEN RECOMENDED THE RIGHT COLOR IN (WHITE) THAT WOULD LOOK THE BEST WITH THE COLORS OF MY HOME. AFTER HEARING WHAT HE HAD TO SAY I CALLED THE PRECISION OFFICE AND MADE AN APPOINTMNT FOR THAT VINYL TRIM KIT FOR THE NEXT DAY ON JULY 19, 2012. WITH OUT A DOUBT I ONLY REQUESTED "RYAN HOMAN" FOR THE TECH. THAT THURSDAY MORNING OF THE 19TH. I GOT A CALL FROM RYAN (WHICH I HAD ALSO REQUESTED BEFORE ARRIVING)RYAN SAID HE WOULD BE ARRIVING EARLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT.(THAT'S GOOD) MR. RYAN ARRIVED AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. DID A OUTSTANDING JOB FROM START TO FINISH. CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, MAKING SURE TO ASK FOR A SPRAY CLEANER AND PAPER TOWELS TO WIPE DOWN THE TRIM KIT. AGAIN OUTSTANDING! RYAN HOMAN'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS GREAT ESPECIALLY COMING FROM A "MILITARY VETERAN" LIKE MYSELF. RYAN IS VERY HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALL YOUR TECHS. SHOULD TAKE AFTER RYAN. PERHAPS MAKE A EMPLOYEE STAFF OPERATING MANUAL TO FOLLOW. RYAN GOES BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHEN HE'S WITH A CUSTOMER. SCOTT PLEASE COMMEND RYAN FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I WILL PASS ALONG TO MY NEIGHBOR'S AND FRIENDS TO GO WITH PRECISION AND TO ASK FOR RYAN HOMAN - "EXCELLENCE OF EXECUTION" AS THERE TECH. ON ANOTHER NOTE MR. SCOTT IF YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE BOTH. NOT REALLY SURE WHY THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SITES.ONE I LOOKED UP IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND THE OTHER IS THE MAIN ONE.THE PROMOTIONS OR SPECIAL OFFERS/COUPONS ARE ONLY ON THE MAIN SITE, PERHAPS HAVE 1 SITE THAT HAS EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF HAVING TWO DIFFERENT SITES. PLEASE UPDATE THESE WEB SITES WITH YOUR TECHNICIANS AND THERE BIO INFORMATION UP TO DATE. THE OPTIONS ON THIS REVIEW FORM CAN ALSO USE MORE DETAILED OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.
