I really appreciated that, even though it was after 5 pm on a Friday when my garage door broke, I was able to have it fixed that same night. Hector was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be repaired on my garage door. I was so grateful that he had all the parts on hand that needed to be replaced and was able to repair everything in one visit. I have already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors who has a broken garage door!

The night before I leave for vacation and the springs pop on my garage door. In an attempt to fix it myself I almost became a one of those statistics of people in the emergency room because of garage door accidents! Called around to several places and got nowhere (one guy even told me he does emergency work... "but not today"). I found Precision, got someone immediately on the phone (thank you Ashley!) and Kalip was out to my house within an hour. Very friendly and professional and did a great job. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needed it. Thanks so much for the great service!

In 2004 I had precision fix the spring on my door. The tech recommended an overhaul of the door due to the age. It came with a Life Time Guaranty of all parts and labor. Yesterday the spring broke and they came out within 3 hours of my call and way earlier that the appt.time. When I showed the tech my receipt from 2004 with the Warranty, he said no problem. He replaced both springs and there was truly no charge. I will always do business with a company like Precision that stands by it's warranty, no questions asked and no hassle. This is truly a great company.

Getting my garage door repaired was a big decision for me because I made it without my husbands input. When he got home he was surprised and happy with the work that was done. I needed service on an issue with the garage door not closing properly and leaving a gap on one side. Jeff was sent to service the door and he found the problem right away, fix it and noticed the rollers were not working properly, after taking a closer look we found the rollers to be worn out and causing the door to make a lot of noise and the motor to work extra hard. I decided to have them replaced and now the door works like new. I like to thank Jeff for his professionalism and a job well done.

On time, professional, AND the sweetest service person I've ever had at this house! Explained, showed me the broken and weakening pieces, recommended repairs, WITH options if I didn't want to do all at once, all without making me feel like an inferior! He even apologized for having to charge me labor on my lifetime parts, which I totally expected anyway! Have no qualms about recommending your company!

My door was in pretty bad shape, and I couldn't even open it manually. I recently bought a new Mustang convertible, so I want it INSIDE the garage, not out. Justin came over and fixed the door and it works great now. Justin showed up on time, and did great work. If I ever have any other problems, I'll call Precision again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Sunday that I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning, between 8-10. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he was minutes away.I was concerned he would be able to repair the door. Cables had snapped, rollers had flown off,the door looked bad. He took a survey of the situation and reassured me that he in fact could repair the door. In a short amount of time the garage door was up and running. I want to thank everyone at Precision Door Service for the professional and very prompt service I received.

From the first appointment for the estimate, Tom Weaver was professional and patient in explaining to me your product. I did not feel pressure in choosing Precision, he said he would call me in a couple of days if I needed to further research your product. I had a service call on my door opener. John was scheduled to come between Noon and 2PM. He called me prior to coming. He asked me if I was ready for him. And came promptly at Noon. The 1st thing I would mention is what a surprise to get a real person,on a Sunday, answer the phone. Then was told someone could be there that afternoon. John Winkler was courteous, efficent, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the work at hand. He was very aware of the quality of work he wanted to perform.
