I have used your company several times, as always your employees were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, efficient, after the door was overhauled the mess was cleaned up, all old parts were hauled off. The overhaul of the door, new wheels, new motor, new springs, new bearings , new keypad, remotes, everything was awesome . Precision Door came up when I google searched how to fix a broken garage door. Had emergency replacement done on a broken spring. I also opted for the door overhaul package: rollers, pulley, and bearing plate replacements. Blake came out to do my estimate and Beau did the actual repair. Everyone I dealt with starting with Jessica on the phone to the two technicians were friendly, courteous and prompt. I was lucky they were already in my area and showed up to work exactly when they estimated. The work done is superb and our ten year old garage door sounds brand new again!

We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient. Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. Weekend hours, ie. 24/7 days a week. Garage door repair. From the time I called your office to the completion of our repairs, I could not have asked for a more professional repair person than Nick! He explained the repairs needed in terms I could understand. When he knew he could do the repairs that day, Sunday, I knew I had chosen the right company. The $20.00 trip charge was taken off and we got a Seniors Discount!! You are the best. I had called a company we had used just this August, no information they were not open 24/7, nothing on their website to let you know that. Very poor when you are dealing with an issue where you cannot lift a 500 lb garage door to get out of the garage. A safety issue that Precision takes seriously by being open 24/7. Thanks for keeping us safe, even on weekends. We had several parts that needed to be replaced and Nick had them all on his truck.
