I cannot praise "Precision Garage Door Service" any higher! I live in Hunters Creek and my door garage door crashed shut, preventing me from getting my car out! I searched on the internet and found 'Precision'. I called them, they answered on the second ring, they were extremely helpful and understanding and they had someone at my home within the hour. One of their tech's, Kalip, showed me how the main spring had broken and the door had buckled when it fell, he suggested a full replacement and was back with a new door and spring etc. within 2 hours. 2 hours later it was fitted and working. First off the customer service was great when making my appointment. She advised when the technician would show up and the technician called 30 min later and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great. Ryan arrived at my resident and observed my garage door spring which needed replaced. He asked questions reference the age and usage of the door. He explained the cause and what he recommended.There was No added pressure. His recommendations were considered and I felt very comfortable with his explanations and recommendation reference the repairs. Ryan was very professional and down to earth guy. While he repaired my garage door springs and track wheels we talked about everything from work to recreational hobbies. I've had numerous technicians come to my house reference cable, lawn, pool etc....and very dissapointed, your always cautious who you let in your house.
