The garage door torsion spring broke one afternoon last week. I found a recommendation for Precision Doors on our community Facebook page and called that afternoon. An inspection tech was scheduled to be onsite the next morning at 8:00am. He arrived on time and was professional in his inspection and recommendations. He worked with my wife and we wound up replacing the springs and most of the door hardware as it was original equipment and over 20 years old. The installation tech arrived a few hours later and installed everything and left it in almost new condition. Both Precision employees were very professional and considerate with my wife. I would recommend the service to anyone needing garage door or opener services.

Everyone that cane out was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the installation of the board between the garage ceiling and garage door. It was installed so snag that it shifted the drywall. The installer indicated that it needed to be that way which I’m not sure I agree with that.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is Awesome. I scheduled an appointment and the gentleman came out this am and reviewed the problem with our automatic garage door opener system malfunctioning and found that the printed circuit board was burnt in several areas causing the malfunction with the Sears product that had been replaced 3 times in the past 20 years so at that point he provided me with a few options and we decided to replace the entire unit. Within a few hours he sent the technician out and he replace the entire unit with a very quiet unit and corrected a squeaking noise that we had been putting up with for the past couple of years that occured when opening and closing the garage door. Precision Garage Door Service has help us a few other times over the years with the springs and rollers having to be replaced and every time they have been on time and provided quick and very professional service. I wish that I remember the names of both the 1st gentleman that came out this am and the technician that came out to replace the unit but my memory failed me today with everything that is going on but I can definitely state that these are the most responsive and professional individuals along with the gentlemen in the past that have come to our home to perform work on our garage door and opened system. Rather than shopping around I will always be calling Precision Garage Door Service for any and all of out garage door needs because without a doubt these guys are the best of the best and some of the best professionals that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. This company is AWESOME and the Best of the Best when it comes to customer service and from what I have seen they know what they are doing and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they even request payment for their services. This experience would have to be rated a 5. When Rob came to take a look at our garage door, that wouldn’t close, it was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection and discussed what needed to be done to get our 12 year old door in operating condition. Within just a few hours their technician Beau arrived and immediately started to work. Obviously he knew what to do to repair our door. This door has never been as smooth and quiet as any door I’ve had. I’m glad to recommend Precision Door with their top notch professionalism.

Precission is a 24/7 operation and it was highly recommended by our neighbor. One of the springs in our garage door opener broke and the second one was ready to go; both springs were replaced along with several of the door wheels that were damaged. Their slogan fits their professionalism "Precision door is a name you can trust". It's my first time using their services and all I can say is if you have a problem with your garage door who do you rather have a handyman or an expert? They know their job are very professional and very thorough with recommended repairs to the finish job. Rob came and inspected my door and did a very complete inspection of the parts that were worn out, took pictures and did a very complete inspection. Nick completed the job in a very complete fashion with no mess left behind. When I asked questions he explained everything that was repaired and recommended lubricating intervals of once or twice a year for certain hinges. Highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

We are so pleased with all our dealings with Precision Overhead Door. The office staff, the installers, the repair staff are true professionals. They know the meaning of customer satisfaction and represent their brand at the highest levels. We had a problem with our door not wanting to close. I called expecting to wait a couple of days for service as I was calling mid-afternoon. I was asked if we would be home from 4-6 pm, I replied yes, and was told a repair technician would be there. He called asked if he could arrive early, and our door was totally repaired, with meticulous care and knowledge. We would recommend this Local Company to all. After diagnostics and testing the openers, exterior and interior keypad and springs were all replace free of charge under their lifetime purchase we initially purchased. This was maybe pennies more expensive their competition and well worth it.
