Wow! What a great experience we just had with your business. Our garage doors had stopped working and we were in a real bind. I found your website via Google and when I called we had a technician to us within the hour! Rob did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in explaining to us what the problem was and how he could fix it for us. He worked tirelessly all day and had our doors working even better than before when he left. It was great that he had everything he needed right on his truck so we didn't have to wait at all. Rob was very professional and cleaned up everything so you wouldn't even have known someone had been working in the garage all day. We are very satisfied customers and will definitely recommend your business. Thanks so very much!

We had unexpected issues with the garage door. We placed the call left a message and our call was returned immediately. We made the appointment for the very next day. The Technician came over. Service tech Rob was on time and helped me with my remotes that were not working. He listened to everything I had to say, checked over the entire system, adjusted the sensors near the bottom of the door, reset the remotes, and all is working great. Precision belt driven system is quiet, great investment. System check was thorough and appreciated the next day service.

Bought this new garage door opener back in 2013. It ran flawlessly for five years. Then one day both remotes stopped working the same day. I called them out for a service call and he completely serviced and inspected the unit. It turned out to be a defective remote. Problem solved. Good to go for another 5 yrs now.

Five star encounter. Your technician called and got here early. He was well prepared and did a careful inspection. He explained found problems and showed them to me. He prepared estimates for different scopes of solutions and carefully explained the different choices and expectations I was charged a fee of $20 for coming out as I had been previously informed. I am well satisfied.
