We had a complete overhaul of our garage door system. Nick McAdory arrived to assess the situation. His explanations, recommendations and general advice were thoroughly explained. He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. He is a most impressive young man, a consummate professional and a credit to Precision. The company is A+ and “5-star in every respect. 11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Blake and JC were very professional and accommodating on servicing my garage door. They certainly took the time to answer all my questions and going beyond to educate me on the importance of doing additional services showing signs of weakness. As a senior on a limited budget, Blake helped to get me where I needed to be and explained discounts or fees that were very helpful. Especially new CC expenses that add a good 3%. The actual service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Blake, I did get the work done I called about instead of putting it off or just living w/it. So happy he took the time to help me understand doing preventative service. ????????

Wanted to thank the Precision Door team for the extremely prompt and professional service they provided. Right from the beginning when I called first thing in the morning with a broken garage door, they were able to get me taken care of quickly. When Blake Furukawa arrived (on time) he assessed the issue and provided with the options get the job done. Once I agreed to the repair's needed Jancarlos Bautista was dispatched and again arrived on time, fixed the broken springs, explained to me what he was doing and finished the job without any issues. Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a "all around" good experience and I would recommend them.

Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

This was about the third time that I have used Precision Door Service company and I have been more than satisfied with the work that they did at my home. I have a three car garage and I had the two garage doors overhauled and added updated belt driven garage door openers. The two men that serviced my garage doors and installed my garage door openers did a superb job and explained everything to me. I was more than impressed at the fine work they did and professionalism they displayed. I would definitely have my garage serviced again by this company and recommend anyone who needs to get their garage doors serviced. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

I call Precision to service my garage door as they were local to my area of Orlando. They were quick to send someone first to determine the cause of my problem and then to give me options for repairs needed and then once I agreed to the service they recommended they had an installer on his way to my home to make the repairs right away. Both the technician and the installer were very nice, and explained everything. Would highly recommend anyone needing help with there garage door or opener to call Precision for their work.

We have been having issues with the door not going down all the way and then going back up. We called Precision and they had someone come out the next morning to trouble shoot the situation. He determined the motor was not talking with the sensors 100% of the time. So he gave me the option to just let it go and put up with the hassle like we have for 4 years or make the change to a new unit. We chose to make the change to the Lifetime Warranty model, with new rollers and belt driven. He was able to have someone at our house within an hour (What Customer Service). Then JC showed up to put the new unit in and went through the all the set up for MyQ App, the pad outside on the wall and our car. He did a great job explaining everything along with the "troubleshooter" technician, Blake. I would highly recommend Precision and especially these two employees.

From the service tech Tyler who first came out to check the system(same day!) and quote us, to the Tech, Jancarlos, who installed all new parts the very next day. Surprisingly, I realized I used Precision to replace a garage over 20 years ago in a different house in a different city when I went to pay them. I didn’t remember this when I saw a neighbor have this great company fix their garage and chose them to fix ours. I was so pleased and happy then as I am today. The people they hire to give estimates are courteous, precise, professional and knowledgeable They even fixed the garage the same day within hours. The prices were fair and honest, albeit a little higher. But the quality of materials and work was outstanding. Precision is a company of choice.
