The Lead Tech / QC Specialist Mr. Scott Mayhew was beyond outstanding; his know-how, technical expertise answering all my technical questions (am a retired engineer); provided recommendations on what to-do/not-to-do, on alternatives to garage door openers (belts vs. chains drives and direct-drive (jackshaft) was outstanding and very helpful. We called late morning on a Saturday because our garage door opener wouldn’t work, Technician Scott Mayhew arrived within a couple of hours and explained what our options were, we decided on the Liftmaster 8550w-267 And we also purchased the Silent Package. I used Precision Door a couple years ago at our Townhouse, and the service was excellent. Called this time for broken spring at our main house. Scott arrived at exactly 8:00 am (service window given was 8-12), performed a thorough inspection, and offered three levels of service. I chose the full overhaul of all moving parts with lifetime warranty. Work was performed quickly, and Scott took me through exactly what he did, and showed me the safety test he performed. Precision is the only company I would call for any work on garage doors. They are outstanding!

A call to Precision Door resulted in an honest estimate of repairs by Scott who pointed out problems we were not previously aware of, thank you. After the appointment was scheduled, a very nice gentleman by the name of Beau came out to perform the work in a quick and efficient manner. All was done within 24 hours. Although I felt the price was a bit high, I was satisfied with the work performed.

Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn't open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.
