We called late morning on a Saturday because our garage door opener wouldn’t work, Technician Scott Mayhew arrived within a couple of hours and explained what our options were, we decided on the Liftmaster 8550w-267 And we also purchased the Silent Package. Scott was very knowledgeable and competent. We were lucky to have him as our tech.

Scott was very professional and did a great job! He explained everything he did and even answered a few other questions for me. When he finished the repair, he helped reprogram my controllers so I was back to normal in a flash! Scott Mayhew came out to fix my garage which is about 25 years old. It had literally fallen off the tracks. He was able to fix it, fortify it and fix problem areas that made it more dangerous. He was awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend Scott Mayhew and Precision.

The repair man was more interested in selling me a new $2200.00 garage door than fixing the garage door opener that I called about. My family has done a lot of business with Precision in the past. I'm thinking of different options on my next call.

Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I called at 8:00 a.m. and Scott was at my house that afternoon exactly as promised. He even re-arranged his schedule to meet my requirements. Springs were replaced perfectly and it took him exactly the amount of time he quoted. This is the second time we've used Precision Door (first time was to replace a garage door opener) and once again we are extremely satisfied - thank you!

I used Precision Door a couple years ago at our Townhouse, and the service was excellent. Called this time for broken spring at our main house. Scott arrived at exactly 8:00 am (service window given was 8-12), performed a thorough inspection, and offered three levels of service. I chose the full overhaul of all moving parts with lifetime warranty. Work was performed quickly, and Scott took me through exactly what he did, and showed me the safety test he performed. Precision is the only company I would call for any work on garage doors. They are outstanding!

Scott of Precision Garage Doors came quickly to our home and knew instantly what our problem was with our garage door. He did not try and sell anything but tried to solve our problem without straining our budget which he did. Precision installed our opener several years ago and have always been very good about solving the problems without trying to sell products that we do not need.

A call to Precision Door resulted in an honest estimate of repairs by Scott who pointed out problems we were not previously aware of, thank you. After the appointment was scheduled, a very nice gentleman by the name of Beau came out to perform the work in a quick and efficient manner. All was done within 24 hours. Although I felt the price was a bit high, I was satisfied with the work performed.

Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn't open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.

He said, “ he would give me breakdown of cost by email to go over a way to take advantage and savings on your package deal. I paid him and he did his due diligence to protect your best interest. Professionalism, knowledge and technical skills exhibited from the first call placed to when the technician left was outstanding/exceptional. 24/7 service, ready and able when you need them. The technician sent a text message alerting of arrival time with his color photo and a short bio - unseen before - great for security purpose and great conversation starter. The Lead Tech / QC Specialist Mr. Scott Mayhew was beyond outstanding; his know-how, technical expertise answering all my technical questions (am a retired engineer); provided recommendations on what to-do/not-to-do, on alternatives to garage door openers (belts vs. chains drives and direct-drive (jackshaft) was outstanding and very helpful. The tech was very well mannered and versed on subject matter as well as his technical skills; was very clean, neat and organized. Entire experience was exceptional - 5 out of 5 stars! I wish that other business would "copycat" from Precision Garage Door of Central Florida as they are simply a pleasure to deal with and to undertake on any of your Garage Door requirements.
