Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. Amy let us know what to expect prior to installation day and after. The installers Ian and Daniel were punctual, friendly, organized, professional and overall provided exceptional service even in light of the heavy tropical storm rains on and off that day. We would recommend Precision Door to a friend.

Out of all the companies I've called this one was the only one that wasn't going to charge me for an estimate, Loyd the salesmen was super and for that matter all the people at the office as well was so friendly. The techs that came out to install the door was very friendly and professional and prompt which is very important to me. Had a small hiccup with the bill on installing my new opener but was quickly corrected and resolved. This is a great company to do business with and have no complaints what so ever, I want to thank Loyd and all people with Precision for a job well done.

My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn't try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn't even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. The techs were efficient and cleaned up after the installation, as well as instructing us on usage and features. Thank you!
