From the initial phone call to the completed product the process was a pleasure. Austin who came to my home to assess the exiting door, told me of my options resulting in a replacement door was incredibly helpful as there are many options. The two techs Jason and I wish I had retained the other gentlemen's name were extremally professional, polite and neat with the install. Austin also came during the install to meet and speak with myself. I received texts prior to arrival of representatives and emails of updates. I am quite happy and would recommend Precision Door. A company is only as good as the individuals who represent them and Precision Door has a great team!

CALLED PRECISION TO CHECK OUT OLD GARAGE DOOR I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING ETC...THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING TO CHECK OUT DOOR, AND FIXED EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY....RUNS BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN IT WAS NEW...GREAT TEAM OF WORKERS....

Using Precision Door was like a breath of fresh air! I received new springs, belt drive motor, and some other moving parts.
