Our garage door wouldn't go down and Blake diagnosed it as a sensor problem. He found that the track was slightly bent and that was causing the problem. Precidion Door always does a good job. I also like the fact that you notified me of who would be coming to my door--very helpful.

Blake arrived on time, called ahead, and had the dopey garage door fixed in 5 minutes. Awesome. Blake had previously refurbished our door two years ago and we've not had a single problem. We are getting an estimate tomorrow for a new door current to wind codes. Pleasure doing business with Precison. One of the few contractors that delivers!! Recommendation: why not post quick fix videos on your website for simple fixes that can be easily Illustrated with a two to three minute video. This mornings fix involved teaching the garage door its route would be a perfect example. Thanks!

We noticed garage door problems today which quickly got noticeably worse. Someone was at our house within two hours after calling Precision. Our technician, Blake, evaluated our door and took the time to demonstrate how and why our door was failing, patiently answering all our questions. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. There was a little misunderstanding on warranty information but was quickly cleared up by the manager. The warranty reflects a lifetime warranty parts/labor on everything installed. This was a good deal for us and now we can't even hear the garage door open/close it's so quite!

The BEST!!! My old opener ground down and fell apart with pieces flying all over. They came right out and put in a whole new system in 90 minutes. Fully stocked truck and very professional. Very reasonably priced too. Will recommend them to everyone.

Hi, Blake did a great job! But first let me start at the beginning my first impression; he was nice. He was prompt, courteous and patient. I was in a bad car accident and after my husband met Blake outside he came upstairs, sat down and took his time to explain in detail something I am clueless about. I called because garage door opener would not work. The tech checked only the springs and rollers and then told us how much a new opener would be. After receiving the estimates had another company come in and that tech checked everything and the only thing I needed was a new board. This did not cost $1200 as your tech quoted me. It went on your stated reviews and was very disappointed in the service.
