I was looking for a better garage door system then originally installed by builder. After just 3 years of use it was making quit a bit of noise when opening and closing, door operation was no longer smooth. I contacted Precision because of tv commercials I've seen over the last couple of years. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were out very quickly to inspect and provided three different repair/replace options to choose from. After selecting my preferred repair the technician checked on available parts and were back the next day to complete the repair. The technician was very polite and professional and the repairs exceed my expectations, I couldn't be happyer.

My 18' garage door needed a full replacement of springs, motor, outside remote, floor seal...the works. Austin did the assessment and quote. He took his time and demonstrated a huge and impressive knowledge of my door issues. Precision Garage Door was not my first call. The first guys did not inspire confidence. A hard pass. Austin was the exact answer to this first bad experience! You can tell he is all about the customer and getting it right. He has been with Precision 7 years. Incredible. One week after ordering the equipment, Austin spent 9 hours in the Florida heat getting my doors perfect. Do yourself a favor, stop searching on the internet, you are in good hands with these guys.

Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.

Bret was personable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.....was very impressed with his work and performance. He did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not need. Bret explained what was needed, the options recommended and then after my decision went ahead with the work without judgement. Good experience from start to finish. Chris was great to work with. He came to my house, explained the door choices, and helped me buy the ones that were best for my house.
