Had a basic service call just to check out the general operation of my garage door system, which is only three years old. The technician, Billy, was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He only needed to make some minor adjustments, but he also provided some cost information for suggested repairs that may be needed in the future. I would definitely call Precision Door Service again. They set me up with an appointment same day and did not try to sell me any services above and beyond what I currently needed.

Precision did a wonderful job improving my whole garage door opener system. It is quite, operates easily with many great upgrades to what I had. In addition they installed an insulation package on my metal door that has reduced the temperature so much. Now I can work in the garage even in the heat of the summer. The staff were very prompt, informative and installed a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision!

Dreaded making this call. Thought I would get the token $200+ bill, no matter what. Was given options for repair. $65, $145, or $500+. No pressure. I had just been hit with major auto bills. Nice to be treated with respect rather than assume that I have the bucks to spend. Will be a customer for life and will recommend to all.

I can't say enough great things about this company! My garage door would not close and they sent someone out within 1 hour to take a look. They were able to fix the door at no charge with great customer service. So glad that we went with this company it has been worth every penny we invested 4 years ago!

Blake did a phenomenal job of explaining everything and what our options were. He worked hard, was professional, and was patient in explaining how everything operates once he finished, even though it was already 6:30pm and he still had another job to go to that night. Your confirmation of service is just awesome...including pictures & information about your techs!!! Blake was our tech and he was just super...explaining our problems, several solutions, & gave us the opportunity to choose with no pressure whatsoever, and most assuredly with such professionalism! Precision was great! Eric, our tech, called first & arrived on time. He explained our two repair alternatives fully, gave us the price & completed the repairs within a 1-1/2 hours. He then explained the workings of a garage door opener so that we, as retirees, could understand. Great Guy! Great Work! Would highly recommend Precision.
