I am extremely pleased with my Precision Door experience today. I called this morning to request service for my garage door opener. I was given an apppointnent with a 3 hour arrival window. I got a call from the technician saying he wasn’t far from my home and asking if he could arrive early. I of course said yes. My technician arrived promptly and was courteous, personable and professional. He explained everything he did and why. Steven, it was a pleasure doing business with you. These guys are awesome from quote to installation. My car was stuck in the garage after Irma. The tech came out,got the door open and even pushed my car out because the battery had died. They called on their way and were always early ( from estimate to tech to installation). Very curious and installed my door in half the expected time. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. Thank you for an amazing job and great customer service!

Garage door would not open/close properly with remotes, vehicle button to open/close door, wall button. Of course, when tech arrived, the garage door worked perfectly. Tech worked hard to figure out what caused original problem. I asked what other maintenance work might need repair or replacement. Discussed the plastic rollers. He advised the new rollers available are nylon (better). I had rollers replaced. During tech's testing, door started original open/close problem. He discovered belt was worn in areas causing original problem. Replaced belt. Tech Robert did an outstanding job. Very through and detailed employee. Greatly appreciated.

This is the third time that we have had work done on our garage door by Precision: (1) install new quiet rollers; (2) replace automatic opener; and (3) a broken spring that trapped our cars in the garage. The replacement of the springs was completed less than three hours after the phone call! 5 stars for all three jobs.

I decided to purchase a new garage door as ours has been broken for a few years. It was a surprise for my husband. I had 2 installers, Evan and I'm sorry I can't remember the other ones name. They called me to let me know they were running just a few minutes late because of traffic, but we're extremely polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. It took about 3 hours and they were done. My husband arrived about 15 minutes after they left, and he was so happy with the new door.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The person who came out to my house to repair the broken spring in my garage was wonderful - I think his name was Roger. He was very professional, polite and knew what he was doing. When I heard a loud noise early evening I didn't know what it was until I tried to open my garage door. I had my 16-ft garage door and opener replaced today. Jaymz and William were the installation techs. They were great. Explained everything they were going to do before they began and showed me all the work performed after they were done. They were very professional and did a great installation of both the door and the belt opener. I also recommend the PDS800 opener. It is very quiet.
