Great service. The drive belt on our 12 year old opener deteriorated on a Wednesday night and by noon on Thursday we had a working opener. Rather than replace just the belt, commom sense dictated that we have Precision install a new unit. Jesse did a great job--reviewed all the features of the new opener, walked us through programming steps, told us to call him if we had any questions, and cleaned up after himself. Money well spent.

Blake arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He quickly i.d. the problem, which was emergency light beam to stop door closer if someone or something in the path. Then made the repairs necessary. He also,performed a visual inspection of the door and made recommendations. We are very satisfied with his service; You are fortunate to have him.

I had a door spring break on a Sunday. I called up Precision Door and they made an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. They quoted me an estimate based on the information I gave them. The service tech Jon called me in advance of the appointment and was right on time. He was professional, courteous was very helpful. The price was exactly as quoted and Jon provided me with me some additional options to consider but was not pushy at all. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our springs broke on our garage door opener on a Friday at 5p.m. I called your office and was scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I then called back to ask a question about closing the door and was told you could schedule an emergency appt The same evening between 8-11 p.m. If I wanted. I was so happy as my door would not close all the way. I received a call from Jesse at 7:45 and he said he would arrive in about 45 minutes. Jesse arrived at approximately 8:30 and was extremely polite. the springs had broken and needed replacement. Jesse checked all parts to be sure everything was in proper working order. I can't tell you how impressed we were with him. Polite, friendly and extremely competent and efficient! I would definitely recommend your company and Jesse to everyone! Thank you Jesse for your excellent service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

Technician, "Billy", inspected all aspects of the garage door. He activated the remotes for the garage and for the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to carry extra batteries. I had to go out and buy batteries for my old remotes. Your assistance was very appreciated, Billy. Thanks.
