I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

This is the second time I have used your services. Both times I was totally satisfied. Service is prompt and your staff is so polite ! My technician today, Jon, was so helpful. He is very skilled, and went out of his way to teach me things I never knew about my door opener. It was over 100 degrees in my garage, but it didn't slow him down from getting my work done promptly, and correctly. Thanks, Jon !!

Had a basic service call just to check out the general operation of my garage door system, which is only three years old. The technician, Billy, was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He only needed to make some minor adjustments, but he also provided some cost information for suggested repairs that may be needed in the future. I would definitely call Precision Door Service again. They set me up with an appointment same day and did not try to sell me any services above and beyond what I currently needed.

Precision did a wonderful job improving my whole garage door opener system. It is quite, operates easily with many great upgrades to what I had. In addition they installed an insulation package on my metal door that has reduced the temperature so much. Now I can work in the garage even in the heat of the summer. The staff were very prompt, informative and installed a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision!

Dreaded making this call. Thought I would get the token $200+ bill, no matter what. Was given options for repair. $65, $145, or $500+. No pressure. I had just been hit with major auto bills. I can't say enough great things about this company! My garage door would not close and they sent someone out within 1 hour to take a look. He worked hard, was professional, and was patient in explaining how everything operates once he finished, even though it was already 6:30pm and he still had another job to go to that night. Very professional company. Arrived on time, the tech even gave me a call to let me know the exact time he would arrive. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He competed a check of the whole garage door. Then completed the repair very quickly. The door works great.
