Our tech did a great job! He thoroughly explained everything and the differences between the services. Pricing was discussed upfront with no pressure. After work was done he again explained everything and made sure to show me the work he performed. He then showed me how to properly lube all the rollers. Top notch work!

Wow I cannot recall having a company ever coming to my home and fix anything that fast. I had a broken spring in my garage door I called these folks and requested service at around 0840 pm on Monday night and they had the door up and running by 0940 am the next day. The price of the repair (I think) was a bit high but I have to admit they did fix it right the first time. Today is Friday (after they fixed the door) and the door is still working like a charm. Maybe is just me but I kind of now hear the door working a bit smoother after they repairman put the new springs. Yes I would call them again if I have to.

The technician, Andrew, arrived as per our appointment to inspect our old garage door that had problems opening and closing. We chose to install a new motor, and also had springs, cables remotes, and an outdoor keypad replaced. Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive and installed everything to perfection. This is the second time we used Precision Doors and will use them again the future for their professionalism and workmanship. Five stars.
