He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my spring, rollers and wires. He completed the repair and service quickly. Precision came to my attention after seeing their "Home Expert" segment many times on WFTV. My garage door had damaged hardware that was beyond my ability to repair, so I gave them a call. Their phone representative was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment. The tech (Eric) was on time, calling me when he was 30 minutes out. He gave me an accurate estimate before starting work, giving me several options starting with "make it work for now" all the way up to "make it work for years". The price was fair so I went with a total hardware replacement (springs, bearings, new cables, hubs, etc.) He also fixed a bent track and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. The door is now runs quiet and opens easily even with the door opener disengaged. I was very happy with the service and even happier with the piece of mind.
