Dylan was my service tech. He was on time and explain every step of what needed to be done. I just had another company come out in May 2016 (Arm......) who had replace my spring three time since 2009. Dylan was so professional and knows his job inside and out. Precision will be my company from this point on.

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision's lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.

I was completely impressed with your technician, Eric. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and yes, very sweet (Now I want to adopt him! lol). His entire attitude put me at ease the moment he began speaking with me. Considering the mood I was in when I couldn't get out of the garage, that in itself was a miracle!! He had to do the entire door (springs, rollers, remotes, keypad, cables, belt drive, etc., as well as replace the garage door opener. While it was an expense I wasn't planning on (what expense ever is, right?), it was worth every single dime! And then, to top it off, NO MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEED FOR LIFE??!!! I didn't think a company like this even existed anymore!!! Thank you so very much for sending Eric out and for the magnificent work that he performed (give that young man a RAISE - he deserves it)!! And I love the new equipment installed - so quiet and safe! It was not my intention to mention the equipment as an afterthought; it's just that your company and Eric, impressed the heck out of me!!! He really took care of business for you AND for us! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.

Our motor broke. While technician was here he reminded us that we had a 5 year warranty on our spring and he replaced it for us. Called on his way and was on time.
