The serviceman Nick appeared long before they scheduled me for 3pm....he was very, very nice and very, very knowledgaeble, did a tremendous amount of checking, changed the batteries. I have never had such an impressive service call, so efficient and the best there is. Thank you so very, very much.

Blake arrived and explained what I needed for the repair on my door and was the model of customer service. The job was done quickly and Blake explained how I would get the warranty. The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. I am a certified general contractor and could have called one of my subcontractors but glad I called Precision instead. Very pleased with everything. Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.

Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great!
