Blake arrived and explained what I needed for the repair on my door and was the model of customer service. The job was done quickly and Blake explained how I would get the warranty. He installed my opened a few years ago and I was very pleased then. I will be sure to call Precision Door the next time I need service. Blake is an example to his peers.

The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. I am a certified general contractor and could have called one of my subcontractors but glad I called Precision instead. Very pleased with everything. Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.

From the first call, I was impressed. We had our appointment scheduled in a timely manner and the technician showed up when scheduled. They even called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full inspection of both our garage doors and repaired our double door spring like a true professional!! Great company! Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great! The technician (Jesse) arrived during the time frame set up for the appointment. He performed a trouble shooting review of our situation and discussed the findings. He explained different options that were available to remedy the cause of the problem. After a choice was made he expertly performed each function that was necessary to complete the service call. Jesse was a professional and courteous representative of the company. He cleaned his work area to our satisfaction and left with a handshake and a pleasant "Thank You" adding to call if we had any problems or additional questions.

Technician Dylan called and arrived an hour early, he replaced both springs, all rollers, two cables and two reels, all at my request. He was extremely polite and professional and addressed all of my concerns. After he had fully reassembled everything he was not happy about the performance of one of the new springs, something I probably would not have noticed immediately, he replaced that spring with one of a slightly greater length and explained that in order for the door to raise and lower in a balanced manner the spring change was needed. Something I believe a less dedicated tech would have ignored. All of the parts were stamped or marked by the company name and were of a high quality, springs were powder coated. Upon completion he fully tested and lubricated every part. Five Stars!
