Initially had a scheduling issue, but thankfully the technician was able to readjust to make the schedule work. I had a 23 year old opener that had began to malfunction when it started getting cool. The Tech (Danny) called me early in the day and kept me up to date on his arrival time (2 thumbs up). Danny was polite and very informative during the inspection of my current system. I already knew I wanted to replace the opener, but he went the extra step in identifying additional safety items that should be taken care of and a few I could do myself. He offered several options that I didn't think about and made sure I was well informed on the pros and cons of each. Due to the age of the system, I took him up on replacing the steel rollers with the much quieter nylon rollers (what a difference that made). Once the installation was completed he went over the opener step by step and ensured everything worked and that I was aware of all the functions and safety features of the new system. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Jacob did an excellent job with our repair. Although we thought our only problem was a broken spring on one door, he did a thorough examination of both of our garage doors and gave us several recommendations. He provided a complete explanation of how our system was performing and how it could be improved. There was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing more than we had planned, but we now have peace of mind with Precision's lifetime warranty on the new parts that Jacob installed. It is amazing how much quieter the doors are now.

I was completely impressed with your technician, Eric. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and yes, very sweet (Now I want to adopt him! lol). His entire attitude put me at ease the moment he began speaking with me. Considering the mood I was in when I couldn't get out of the garage, that in itself was a miracle!! He had to do the entire door (springs, rollers, remotes, keypad, cables, belt drive, etc., as well as replace the garage door opener. While it was an expense I wasn't planning on (what expense ever is, right?), it was worth every single dime! And then, to top it off, NO MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEED FOR LIFE??!!! I didn't think a company like this even existed anymore!!! Thank you so very much for sending Eric out and for the magnificent work that he performed (give that young man a RAISE - he deserves it)!! And I love the new equipment installed - so quiet and safe! It was not my intention to mention the equipment as an afterthought; it's just that your company and Eric, impressed the heck out of me!!! He really took care of business for you AND for us! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Danny provided service to my garage door recently. He explained the options I had when presented with the issue. He was very honest and straight forward with the information he provided me. I was having a problem paring my cars to the garage door. I researched online and one of the top companies was Precision. I was able to make my appointment via chat ???????? My service rep Blake initially came to pair my cars to the garage door. He arrived on time and was able to not only pair my cars, he also provided me with a long overdue motor. ( I knew I needed one) He was able to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. Blake was professional and has an excellent demeanor. I would use this company again and I recommend Blake.
