I looked up the local repair companies and Precision had good reviews. There is a reason for this. I called at 7am after President's Day and got an appt. Between 8am & 11am. Andrew my tech called at 7:30am. He was courteous, professional and proficient. He assessed and gave me my options. Never pushed for extra work. What a relief.

Tom arrived on time and worked steadily and explained what he was doing as he progressed. The door works great now and we are confident it will be reliable with the new cables and springs. We will get a lot more years out of this already 20 year old door thanks to the overhaul Tom completed.

Starting with the availability of a personal, knowledgeable person accepting my Saturday afternoon call and scheduling an appointment for today (Feb. 13) through the completion of the service provided by technician Tom Scott, I was totally pleased with my experience with Precision. Tom was extremely professional and demonstrated a commitment to excellence in replacing our openers and making sure the 30 year old doors operated like new. As he was completing the project he noticed a flaw in one of the new openers. Although late in the day, he did not hesitate to replace it to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. He is a superb representative of your company and I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Precision to neighbors and friends in need of garage door service.

Technician Eric Heintz came out on a Saturday to tend to an issue my tenant was having with the garage door. I had initially called the Home Warranty Service Company, who's techs came out and stated I needed a new motor and new spring for over $600.00.... Eric unplugged the motor waited a few minutes and it reset! Honesty and Integrity! That's Precision Garage Door!

My door opener disengaged from the garage door. I made a call in late morning and was given an appointment for late the same afternoon. I received a call in early afternoon asking if I would like an earlier service call. Upon arriving the repair man introduced himself and explained that he would need a few minutes to assess the problem and perform an inspection. When he finished he provided me with a through explanation of the problem, the corrective measures he would take and some suggestions to improve operation. We discussed some options, agreed on the cost and the work was complete within a reasonable time frame. The door operates quieter and with less strain than it ever has. Pleasant, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. Problem solved. It doesn't get any better than that.
