We were very pleased with the quick response to our dilemma. Both of our cars were stuck in our garage (the manual release didn't work either). They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs. He also let my wife and me make the decision as to what plan we wanted to choose (1 yr. to lifetime protection), without any pressure.

From the start to the end of this project I was always kept in the loop. Chris walked me through my garage door options and gave me the total cost and let me know exactly what the process would be. The installation tech Jaymz arrived on time and carefully explain exactly how the old door would be removed and how the new door would be installed. The men were professional, friendly, and polite.

Our garage door was locked, so we called our former garage door person. He was not available, so we checked the yellow pages. Your answering service was prompt in putting us in touch with Nick, who called us and set a time that he would be here. After assessing the problem, he communicated with us as to what was wrong, what was needed and the price. We were 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He had a friendly, helpful attitude. My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. Blake was very informative & was ready to fix more than I had originally requested! We knew our spring was broken but when he arrived we also asked about our keypad (he checked & it was completely corroded inside).
